Yesterday I was reading messages on my post wall and then I saw this one, by ONLY MONEY, now ex - president of Peru:

Yes, at first it made me laugh... Then it made me wonder as I was a bit confused...
How much is Bitcoin in satoshi...?

100,000 or 1,000,000?
Nope... More...

10,000,000?
Nope... More...

100,000,000?
Yep, that's right:
1 Bitcoin is one hundred million satoshi!

And then it made me think...

How much is satoshi in CC?
What would be a fair offer in CC for 500 satoshi that we can transfer per day?
How much Gold is Bitcoin?
And how many satoshi for a Game Token?

And so on...

Since 1 Bitcoin is 100,000,000.00 (one hundred million) satoshi and as 1 Bitcoin is €25,260.66 Eur at the time of writing this article (Day 5803). Although it fluctuates daily quite a lot, so feel free to check and recheck the bitcoin price... Also 99.90 EUR = 999.00 GT (game tokens), then we can convert this to:

The values in bright green are the ones which are volatile and need to be adjusted; 1 ₿ = €25.260,66; 1 Game Token = 15,077 CC; 1 Gold = 1001.90 CC;
The values in gray are fixed values/ratios, like €1.00 = 10 Game Tokens and 1 ₿ = 100,000,000 ș and they don't change.
They values in dark green are values derived from the other ones and change automatically when the bright green values get adjusted.
Finally, in the last row there is a calculation how much is 500 satoshi worth in CC, which adjusts according to other values.

This makes a daily satoshi package transfer of 500 ș worth 18,865.50 CC or 18.39 Gold.

So for instance I collected today 1,860 ș from the vault, which would be worth today 70,839.03 CC or 70.705 Gold.

How much Gold is Bitcoin?

1 ₿ = 3,808,549.708 Gold.

That's the amount of gold that you would need to be collecting for 45 years and 10 months under assumption that you collect the maximum of 22 Sky Hero medals per day.

So perhaps this game is not the best one to earn Bitcoins...
I am sure there is a better use of our time...

How Much Is it Worth?

How much satoshis is it possible to collect per player account and how much is it possible to transfer to your Zebedee wallet?

The satoshi keys collecting will be active for a week from Day 5803 0:00 to Day 5809 23:59. Transfering will be possible until Day 5823 23:59, which is 3 weeks or 21 days. Since it is possible to transfer only 500 satoshi per day to your wallet, that makes it maximum of 10,500 satoshis for the whole event under assumption you can collect 1,500 satoshi per day on average.

That would make it a total of 399,945.00 CC or 399.240 Gold or €2.65 per player for the whole 3 week event.

How much is it this time?

I don't know, but I guess it could be the same this time as it was the last two times: €5,000.00.
Given that it lasts 7 days, and if the hunting is evenly distributed, then €714.28 would go every day, which would be 2,827,620 satoshis or something like that... Of course this is just an estimate and a guess... I haven't seen anything in the official information...

How many players might be competing for satoshis this time?

According to eRepublik, there are 34,691 active players today. However, according to eRepublik Tools, there are only 15,121 players in eRepublik, out of which only 14,428 have at least some experience points (>0). As I heard from some players that there might be a bug/feature in the eRepublik player creation system that with each new created player creates another player of level 1 which doesn't die, thus inflating eRepublik player numbers, this seems consistent that there might be only around 15,000 active players or less competing for resources, including satoshis, although this isn't officially confirmed.

If we assume that the reward fund is €5,000 and that there are 14,428 players competing for it, we could take an average of €0.35 worth of rewards per player for the 3 week event. That is an equivalent of 1328 satoshi, which would be equal to 48.870,40 CC. So if you manage to take more than that, you could consider yourself successfull (or lucky). If not, well, tough luck... However, you haven't missed much...

Btw. Alexis Bonte is one of the Round A investors in Zebedee, so everything stays in the family... The amounts are not visible, but I would guess it's in the range of 5 figures or tens of thousands of Euros.

So what to do in this case?

Unfortunately, I can't help you much. The vault got depleted on the 1st day in less than 2 hours, and in less than 15 min on the 2nd day.

If it's urgent and important to you, my advice would be to log in tomorrow at the day change and try opening the chest box then. You can exchange up to 100 keys at once.

If it's not that important or urgent, perhaps the situation improves in the next few days after the fastest players finish the weekly challenge or give up, but I wouldn't count on that... Anyway, there is a limited number of keys and a limited number of vault slots and only the fastest ones and the most persistent ones might get their satoshis.

So, if you get it, great, if not, you won't miss much...
