Hi.

First of all can we all agree that the last few months have been the most boring, dull, sleep-inducing period of eRepublik for this little country ever? I mean, it's actually down to the fact that we are politically quite astute and can do diplomacy in our sleep.

For example, we could be as exciting as eCanada at the moment launching a failed war against the eUK which only half the population supported, and now being faced with being wiped by Poland. We could have done that too! So yes, we all understand the diplomacy thing, but with NAP's being agreed until the cows go home it's getting obvious that we will never, ever, ever, ever, ever be involved in a war again in the current set-up.

So we need change. Or chaos. Or something. But we need it quickly because we are bored ***tless.

Mood Change

Last week, we in the Malcontents decided to renew Fight Night. In case you are not aware, Fight Night is an old libertarian tradition of meeting up on a Sunday night with a planned destination of choice and land a few million of damage in the hope of making an impact.

The choices can be vast as we are not constrained by MPP's or even TEDIous alliances. Have IEP, will travel. So after little discussion IWe decided that we would become big in Japan by fighting on their side against their hegemonic rival Republic of China AKA Taiwan.

Remember people. Japan has given us:

Whereas RoC has given us:



A nice flag.

So we came, we saw, we did a lot of damage (have screenshots) but this is all how-hum to you guys, and so to make things exciting we're going to have a competition! With prizes! To lighten up another day of ennui in this country. It's a simple competition. You just have to put the right person to the right statement. Here are the chosen few:

This individual refused to fight against RoC for MPP/Alliance reasons but was happy to give moral support by way of slagging people off in chat

This individual thought they would be smart and have two windows open for both sides of the fight and ended up doing 300,000 for the WRONG SIDE.
