Bianchi Flees?

After being defeated in the recent elections by NetNazgul, it appears as if Carlos Bianchi has completely (or at least partially) abandoned North Korea.
Perhaps it is a good thing that such a character failed to become the icon of North Korean spirit, as it may well have been betrayed. It appears as if all the doubts about the 'Korean' candidate have been made concrete.

I'm glad he lost. I'm not happy about Belorussians running our country, but they are much better than that traitor. At least NetNazgul seems to care about helping the country while Bianchi only seems to want power.
Carlos didn´t flee. He just left the country cos he saw that won´t get nothing more from people who don´t know what wants. I suppose that Tsukae would be happy if Carlos Bianchi had supported the russian candidate, then he would be less traitor. Right?
He tried to defeat the russian candidate two times running for country presidency.
He let the Anti-Pto candidates run for congress by his party.
He voted against the PTO congressmen.
So, can someone answer what kind of betrayal Carlos did ?
