BFSte running for congress in the North West!

Hello everyone.
I'm BFSte and i want your vote on wednesday's congress elections.
But why should you vote for me?
I have been active on erepublik for about 4 months now and I believe i have the experiance it takes to be a congressmen.
I have run the North West Clinic for the past 2 months now, I've strived to give everyone in the North West enough wellness to keep going. I have been very dedicated and I'm not one to run away from responsibility.
I promise to vote in every congress proposal that is put up in my time in office.
And most importantly, i'll listen to you.
I will set up a topic in the North West forums about the latest proposals in congress (bar sensitive ones). This will give a platform for ordinary citizens to tell me what they think and i shall take this into consideration when voting on proposals.
I will do my upmost to make the North West forums more active. I'll be honest here and say I haven't been the most active member on the North West forums.
Why?
Because it bored me, and i feel many other citizens probably feel the same. Therefore I will strive to make the north west more entertaining, we are the best place in the UK after all 😛
Last, but not least, i am an active member of The Unity Party. We have recently released a detailed manifesto (viewable here: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/the-unity-party-march-manifesto-759136/1/20) so you can see for what i believe in.
So to conclude:
1) I have proved i can handle responsibility in running the North West Clinic.
2) I will listen to YOU when it comes to handling proposals.
3) I will try to get the forums much more active.
So on Wednesday the 25th, vote for BFSte

What actually are you going to do that other candidates are not?
It seems that everyone says they will make the forums more active which is becoming a bore as it just comes down to sheep voting with the person with the most friends taking the job.You will need to think of some seriously unique ideas if you are going to win this election.

This is all we can do as candiates.
We need to make the population more active and i have outlined the fact that i would give citizens a platform of which to put across their thoughts on current proposals.
The fact that i'm active and done jobs for the goverment before prove i'm not just someone who's running for 5 gold, as has been the case in the past.
I know you want some unique ideas but the thing is, with regional funds still restricted, our hands are tied as congressmen to what we can do so you will see similar manifesto's.
I believe I'm the best candiate for the job but i would encourage you to read around. Just rememeber, if someone has a unique idea, it might not be affordable or practicle.
@Moridin to be honest with you, these are the ideas that need to be done. I would say 70% of players in-game in the euk aren't on the forums, so yes recruiting people to the forums is a big deal, it is where all things happen!

@wallyboy i agree that wee need to be more active on the forums
@ BFSte shouldn't the congressman do the very best he/she can, and if funds are not available then pester the President or do some serious fundraising running up to the election so that funds will be available for bigger projects that will directly benefit the citizens in The Northwest.

You're right, and this is the best i can do. If i get in i will of course be putting pressure on jerry and funky asking for funds, but if the moneys not there, it's not there unfortunately.
And it's alright i welcome critism 🙂
