Better food prices not to last.
cyber ninja
Hello Canada! I am here to remind you of the amazing price of food. The price is about 0.60 CAD! But that is because the grain prices were down to 0.07 CAD. Now, the price of grain is at 0.09 CAD, so the food prices will go up. If I were you, I'd buy my food while the prices are down. Here are the good and the bad outcomes of this:
GOOD
Companies get more money!
^ Higher Wages ^
BAD
War expectations raised
More Pricey
As you can see, there are not many ways that this will change, but the few ways that there are, are important. It may affect you. I think we should prepare for the weeks to come.

The lower, imo, cost of food is not due to grain prices but alot of product due to todays higher production values and people buying cheap commodities elsewhere and selling it here in eCanada.
We need to start consuming more by either a training war or a real one, from what ive heard we might be involved in a TW with UK soon.
thanks to bear stearns, the low price on grain continues 😃😃
Grain prices are expected to drop when the raw materials production is increased. Since the grain prices will go down, the food prices will go down, and therefore you shouldn't buy food now but wait for later on.
Grain will be half price tomorrow
Actually, that may not be exactly true Addy. The proper statement is "Double the grain will be produced starting tomorrow".
As this is "supposed" to encourage the growth of businesses to use the net grain produced, it may just keep prices stable, but encourage greater grain profits.
Realistically, only time will tell if it will be the one or two that decide to drop prices and allow grain glutting to happen, or if grain hording happens while there is an infinite warehouse space. The true point at which prices will be known is on day 1250 when the warehouse really makes its effect known.
Unless Plato's got more surprises, there's no reason for prices to increase. Production of finished and raw goods is up dramatically and the ability to consume goods hasn't really changed.
