This is not public debate, it is my personal view of Erepublik, therefore I write about what I think the game lacks and what would improve my experience.

Do you remember the front page ideas? Here comes the part #2 of the “better Erepublik”, this time I focused on the battlefield.

Though I would like to say that after my last article I am positively surprised with the new article preview options (I actually wanted to mention that, but it seems I don’t need to anymore).

I wrote about the newspaper logos on the front page, it turned out we got shouts with avatars. I suppose it is something we will all enjoy as well 🙂 Recently I have seen the movie “Social Network”, hence I see facebook everywhere. Something that should be fixed is the limitations to the shouts per day. At the moment we see a little havoc going on, hopefully people will relax a little with their enthusiasm.

I decided to look at the battlefield as I absolutely appreciate fighting module in this game. Even though I cannot compare it with many first person shooters, I suppose it is as fun to fight with your friends. Judging against my experiences from V1, I instantly knew what I would like to see. I tried to present it in a visual form so you can have a better understanding of the ideas. Unfortunately I had to rush it a bit because of insufficient amount of free time.

I relayed out/ added good few things:

- Bigger avatars – Military groups and all the players could finally see their kickass pictures, which have often given them recognition.

- More fighters shown – There is few minutes left till the end of the battle, many people come together to deal the crucial damage. Am I the only one who thinks that seeing the whole group fighting is something worthwhile?

- Overall Battle Hero – There would still be the same method of winning the medal but the player with the highest damage would be highlighted on the very top. So would be the next three players under him. You don’t know how much it matters to a new guy if he could even achieve something like that.

- Damage difference – Additionally to the percentage, there is damage difference for better planning, nicer output information.

- API battle statistics – As you can see on the bar there is some basic information that could be interesting to see in big battles such as NOB that we had recently.

-EXTRA: food/ HK consumption to 100 health - I forgot to put that in. You may wonder what do I mean. Simply, a new feature, which could be activated in the same way as we get the extra storage. The new, beneficial way, that could increase admin’s income 🙂. But also more importantly the best “tanks “in game, who do not mind spending money, could finally spend less time pressing the health buttons when the time is coming to the end. Or maybe that would create an advantage that would be simply unfair?
