Join the new world

eRepublik, as a game, has progressed a lot further from how it started. The economic, military, political and media modules have all underwent significant changes to be how they are today. Yet one of the few things which remains the same is that new players often look for a sense of identity soon after joining eRepublik, and many find it by joining a political party which echoes their beliefs in their e-country and can a source of fun, entertainment and good all round banter to keep players motivated to play the game.

This article consists of my thoughts of why you, dear reader, should join the United States Workers Party.

United States

The USWP, as a political entity, has been one of the oldest and most consistent features of the eAmerican landscape. Having been around and a part of eUS governments for over 4 years, this party’s highs and lows have coincided with that of the United States. While many decisions made by the party - which have been for the national good- haven’t won it many friends domestically, we have persevered, always doing what is right for the country, putting the United States above the party to get us where we are today.

Workers

The USWP is a party of committed workers, who seek to better the plight of the average eAmerican. Whether it is our stellar Congressman or the large number of people who we put out month after month in successive Cabinets, the USWP continues to be the party that does the hard work to make sure that eUSA remains the place that it is for all of us. There is no dearth of experience in the party and these individuals are always there to help out and teach newer members, to help the newer members ascend the echelons of power.

Party

Above all, the USWP is a party of individuals who are looking to have a good time. While our IRC room (we can be found at #uswpchat on the Rizon server) isn’t as active as it once was, we do still catch up with each other, chat about all sorts of stuff and have a good time. The fun element in the game is still important to us and we value the eRepublik community and contribute to it extravagantly which can be witnessed by the large amount of programs that we contribute to, to help out newer players. USWP members, also known as "Zombies", for their awesomeness know fully well how to have a good time and to manage their gaming experiences with their RL to provide interest, stimulation and fun for all and sundry.
