Bastards of Liberty.... Democracy Perfected
Marcus Oritas
"Oh my God! We killed Despotism!" "We're Bastards!"
Democracy in its purest form would be a society in which all citizens have an equal say in the decisions that affect their lives. However, in practice, decisions in political parties across eRepublik are made by a select few. Democratically selected of course, but as soon as your candidate is elected he has more voice than you.
In the Bastards of Liberty party, everyone has equal say no matter what, forever and ever. We support brotherhood. If your sick of the same people being in charge, and feeling like you have no chance to run for congress or party president because no one's familiar enough with you, come be familiar with us. We'll support you because you're equal with us, and have potential to be a political force. Oh, and our Millitary Unit is top notch.
Need a bazooka and candy bar? Daily orders, only in the FST.
Those are our core beliefs. Because we're new, we are still expanding on our core beliefs. Come and influence our beliefs, because this is a party where your beliefs can flourish. That is the fruit of equal say. You won't feel uncomfortable here because we ourselves are neither Conservative nor Liberal.
Because the most basic tenets of American civilization are freedom and equality, and that is excercised here to the highest logical degree. That is where we seek to unify people. Not through ideology, but through love of freedom. All ideologies are secondary to this tenet.
If this resonates with you, come hang out with us. We're cool fellas.

nice...voted
freedom.. mmmmmmmmm...
Interesting ideas. The problem lies in having access to everyone every time a decision must be made. If you don't wait for everyone to vote, then aren't you disenfranchising them?
There is always the choice not the vote.
Any elections are open for at least 24 hours.
Any major decisions continue until their is a good trend, or majority.
We also have a forum chat that would allow equal discussion for everyone. So they are present if they choose to be. No one would be disenfranchised because they chose not to attend.

Actually no....that shows that they are not as active. In order to have your voice heard, you need to speak, no?
Voted. Next week I add also your army in my weekly stats. Grow up faster.
