Basic Starting Guide : What New Players Should Know
Australian Warlord
Below is part of a basic starting guide that's used by Australian Legion. This is the type of thing new players need instead of the handouts & politics that they're given.

* You need wellness to survive.
* Buy food for each day. Food increases wellness. Not eating decreases wellness.
* Only accept jobs in a Q1 eBusiness (1 star). If you accept jobs in a higher star eBusiness, you'll rapidly lose wellness & can die.
* Try to keep wellness above 42% (even if you skip training).
* To progress in this game, you need to try to log on & work everyday. You only get paid if you turn up for work but your character needs continue even if you don't log on.
* For first couple of weeks, change jobs as much as possible (every 3 days). Too many eBusinesses exploit new players.
* After level 5, see if you can use battles & hospitals to increase wellness. Ask someone experienced about this.
Are you thinking about quitting?
If you're thinking about quitting, we have the following advice.
* Play until level 6. You'll get 5 egold.
* If you still want to quit then kindly either donate it to the eAustralian treasury or to a org like us (Australian Legion).
Of course we'd like for you to stay in this game. But whilst thinking about it, kindly keep this article & Australian Legion in mind.

Instead of providing new players with the knowledge to be successful in this game, some prefer expensive & inefficient handouts. The simple fact is that many new players are getting into trouble because they don't know the basics of the game.

why should they donate to Australian Legion?
Other than that nice informative article
I have a questions. You say that young players should change jobs as much as possible because employers exploit them, but what if they don't? I know some do, but other don't. My friend runs a company and she encourages young players (0 skill level only) and help them through until their about skill level 3 or 4. She then encourages them to move on to a higher Q job. She pays extremely well for 0 skill, and they get pay rises regularly. She dosn't exploit them.
So now my question. Why do you recommend this when it does not apply to all? If the new players have a good relationship with their employer (which they should build up as often they are their mentors in the game), then they probably won't be exploited. So why make such a generalization?
Another thing, why should new players wishing to quit give the money to Australian Legion?
It was copied from Australian Legion material, that's why AL was mentioned.
You have new players change jobs to stop the likelyhood of exploitation. New players ain't going to know whether they're getting exploited & this is the only reasonable way to stop such exploitation. New players are also not going to know what's a good eEmployer relationship.
Well instead of just copying and pasting why not write a good one that doesn't mention AL.
Instead of having employees changing jobs all the time (which creates more problems for employers as they have find new employees and they are more likely to recieve a pay rise if they stay in the job longer) maybe ask the Government to introduce a minimum wage or something so that they are not exploited. Instead of encouraging them to change jobs all the time why not encourage them to work every day and recieve the benefits for this?
