I. Introduction

Well, it is a common knowledge that wellness is the second important statistic to a professional soldier (The first is strength but, as far the rules say it can not be manipulate😛 just train every day and be patient.) and to maintain a good wellness is not only good for military but economy too. Let’s examine what type of activity can decrease and increase wellness because without a deep understanding of it’s workings we are unable to make optimal decisions to keep our wellness as high as possible.

Decreasing:
- work decreasing wellness equal than the quality of the company working for (ie: working a Q2 company will decrease our wellness with 2 each day we push the work button)
- train decreases wellness by 1
- fight decreases wellness by 10 per attack
- starving decreases wellness by 4 each day our character has got no food in his inventory
- change country and/or region may decrease wellness too. It depends on the quality of the moving ticket which is used to move. A q1 moving ticket decreases wellness by 2

Increasing:
- food and house will increase wellness each day by an amount calculated with this formula:
(1.5-currelt wellness/100) * (quality of food + quality of house) So for example if you wellness is 98 at daychange and you got a q2 house and have q2 food in your inventory, you will gain 0.52 * 4 = 2.08 wellness which means you can start your next day at 100 wellness.
- gifting increases wellness by an amount equal to the quality of the gift. One character can have only 10 wellness per day from gifts.
- hospital increases wellness by 10 for each quality level. So a Q5 hospital will give you 50 wellness. Very important that you can only use hospitals if you fight at least once in that day and you can go to hospital only once a day no matter how many times you fight.
- high quality moving tickets will give you wellness, too. A Q4 moving ticket give 1 and a q5 moving ticket give 2 wellness.
- WPs or wellness packs can be purchased for 2 gold. A wellness pack grant you 10 wellness. Until you reach experience level 15 you can have 20 wellness pack per day, after that you can waste gold in 40 wps a day.

II. Wellness in a daily manner

When you read the previous part of this article I am sure you forming some strategies how to maximalise your wellness. Let’s see what can we say as rules of wellness:
- in the game the maximum wellness is 100. Do not be a low self-esteemed man: 100 is the perfect number to begin all day 😉 You can make it you can have it – go for it now!
- maintaining good wellness could be expensive some cases. Try to optimalise your spending on wellness!
- calculate how many wellness you spent during normal routine and what type of food and house need to compensate that.

Recommended strategy for daily wellness auto-ballance:
In the first month of the game, try to make some savings. Work for a Q1 company. Spare the golds you will receive (reaching experience level 6- 5 gold, working 30 day a row – 5 gold, reaching strength level 5- 5 gold – all can be reached within 35 days from registering here). When you got 15 or so golds invest it in a house. I recommend Q3 houses (later when you can afford it and working for a high quality company you should replace that with a Q5)
Until that I recommend the use of a gift: a Q1 gift will increase your wellness by 1 and is relative cheap.
example one: If you working for a Q1 company, have a Q3 house and eat Q1 food, you can maintain 100 wellness without any further spending for as long as you deserve it (Your daily wellness consumption should be -1 for work an -1 for train, and Q3 house and Q1 food will grant you +2.0😎
example two: If you working for a Q3 company, you should have a Q3 house and eat Q5 food, or have a Q4 house and eat Q4 food, or have a Q5 house and eat Q3 food to compensate daily wellness-losses only with food+house. (Daily consumption: -1 for train, -3 for work, you will be at 96 wellness after working and training. 1.5-0.96= 0.54. 8* 0.54 = 4.32)

III Wellness in combat

So, until now you have some concept how to manage wellness in a daily aspect. Let’ see how it works in combat! There is a simple yet important fact: your damage will be greater when you have higher wellness. You can make your best if you are at 100.

Basics:
- Migrate to a region with Q5 hospital in it! If you intend to fight, you have dire need of hospital!
- Fight 5 times per day preferably before you work and train. Then go to the hospital heal back to 100 wellness, work, and then train.

Advance😛
- When you got the resources for that, after the first attack gift yourself (via an organization or friend) back to 100 wellness, and make a bonus attack. It is important to gifting after the first attack – remembering the simple rule: higher wellness better damage! So If you use some additional resource to make you hero of the day be wise to deal as many damage as you can!

IV Conclusion and a word on sacrificing fights

When you want to start a military career you should make your first investments to house and appropriate quality food, so you can fight always from 100 wellness. Remember - it seems expensive but has much greater profit in the long run! Move to a region with Q5 hospital in it! Fight before work and train for that day! If you are able to use gifts use it immediately the first attack!

And a last note on a topic which is very popular amongst regular military units: the sacrificing fight. It means that you start fighting with 100 wellness. Make one attack. Gift 10 wellness back. Make five more attack. Then go to hospital. And now make six more attack which leaves you at 40 wellness. Obviously it will hurt your next day productivity as well as fight-capability. I highly disagree with the idea.
A pro exactly knows his burdens too. If winning a battle is out of our reach we should not sacrifice the ability to strike back next day. Never ever start a day with low wellness no matter what other people say about the necessity of sacrificing fight. Not a single battle can be as important as to reserve your fight capability for any unforeseen events!
