As it stands, a current candidate for UKRP leadership is Baroness Margaret Thatcher.
I feel it is important to clarify that Baroness Margaret Thatcher, of the Conservative party, is not endorsed by the UKRP leadership. This is assumed to be in order to try to PTO (political take-over) the party, probably as a stepping stone to try and run for CP yet again.
Baroness Margaret Thatcher is a disgrace to ePolitics, his actions and manifesto's have proved so and now he is trying to PTO UKRP, this is frowned upon in our country and I ask every UKRP member to vote for the official candidate chosen by the UKRP community
Terribletiger is the current Party President of UKRP, and has authorised me to release this statement.
For those who have been in the party as long as I have, they might remember the Ajay Bruno PTO, where the party was effectively inoperable for a month. I do not want to see this again, so have put this article out now to increase awareness of the issue. While UKRP have not yet decided upon an official candidate, it is clear to all in UKRP leadership roles that BMT is NOT a viable option for the future of this party.
I might also add, that Baroness Margaret Thatcher is not to be confused with Margaret H Thatcher, our long time Minister of Finance of good standing, both in the UK and the party.

This is no smear campaign: these are all facts, statements. Both TT and I ran for PP last month, both in theory opposed, but are united behind one purpose: supporting the party. It is not in the party interests to have BMT elected as PP.

Jhorlin is free to make any comments he feels like about leadership candidates maggie. Just as your supporters are free to write articles saying how great you are. One question though, do you have any supporters?
I agree interests should be settled in democratic elections - I'm not trying to stop BMT from running, just to make sure that the public are informed of BMT's true intentions, and that UKRP leadership advises against the bid.
Just as I'd not stop Ajay Bruno who successfully PTO'd the party before from running, but I'd do my utmost to explain to all voters what the bigger picture is.
Surely BMT does not accept keeping voters in the dark?

What part of this is a smear campaign? It is a fact that UKRP leadership advises against voting for the PTO attempt. We've unfortunately suffered a PTO once, I think advising members is a legitimate purpose for leadership.

Well I am promising to all UKRP members I am not planning a PTO of any sort and that I want to work with all of you even ones which have a disliking for me because our party should work for the national interests we are the party of tomorrow.

Just to state not all UKRP leadership are against BMThatcher running for PP. I personally am supportive of BMThatcher, and was a part of UKRP until Jhorlin rage-kicked me for disagreeing with him. Apparently UKRP don't like people who don't conform.

You removed Smack from the UKRP forums, which is not allowed. Only the PP can do that, and only with a vote within the party. You should know this. And even then, supporting someone for PP is not a valid reason. Being a traitor to the eUK, leaving the party, or other serious things are.

Whenever a complete unknown player comes in and stands for election as member of Congress, then as Party President, the alarm bells start ringing.
I would strongly recommend AGAINST voting for this candidate in the PP election.
