Bank, Juan Ameri, NAPs

Hello,
right now it seems that constitution will take some time, some people are angry as I am. So question is if we would not make special law/contract regarding bank. I am thinking about governor and this governor should be Radim. Law would be made by Ivan Hat and agreed by others. But it depends on you, if you think that we should wait on constitution or you have not confidence in radim, you should post comment or private message. I would be grateful if you would make suggestions how this law/contract should look like, we would need it even for constitution.
Some people ask me about Juan Ameri. Well I have seen elections when was gordan-g winning with fine lead and when I have came back day later I have seen another result. Juan Ameri took his seat because confidence of his friends who he invited, not because confidence of CRU members. Nothing less, nothing more. I am US party member and I cant intervene there anyhow, he didnt break law or constitution, our intelligence havent found something realy dangerous. Give me materials and I will make measures, but now I have not any proof that his intentions with Czech Republic are bad. I will observe situation carefully but I consider now Juan Ameri as CRU president. I appeal to make some real elections to make higher quality congress where would be real political concepts, something what I havent heard by new CRU president so far.
Ivan Hat is working on Non-Agression Pact conditions. The reason why its still not signed with Germany and Hungary is that we want make some NAP template, which should be with some modifications used for any further NAP.

I have had chat with Juan Ameri. He asks for confidence. Confidence is gained by long-term acts. If new neighbour would rob to my house and after it asks confidence, I would not trust him. Thats what I have said to Juan.
But main involved citizen gorgan-g hasnt said nothing so far, if he is fine with situation, I am not there to intervene in your affairs. Hes new candidate for president too, not Juan or some of his friends. So I will have to calmly observe situation and if needed, ask for help some our slavic brothers.
We need get real manpower. Its main task for all Czech citizens as well CRU members. Get manpower and say no to political takovers.
I will not withdraw Gordan candidacy for president of the country. That would be a TO, but I do not want an OT and I came to this country not for that, let Gordan ran for president.
