Arrogant Aussies challenge core Phoenix powers in Indonesia

The chain of events in the Southern Hemisphere of the eWorld, what was started on the day Allied forces surprise tanked the Indonesian occupied region of Western Australia, freeing Australia and ultimately bounding them with Eden, has today leaded Australia to attack an Indonesian original region of Papua, activating the major MPP😒 of Hungary, Russia and Brazil in the process.

This arrogant and foolish act might have serious consequences to both Australian sovereignty and Eden war efforts in South Africa. In the new deal of natural resources performed by Admin and coming in to effect after V2 is released, Australia has been blessed with two sources of Titanium. Titanium, being the most valuable and rarest resource in the future will serve as a key strategical goal. Just like in V1 with Iron, it is essential for the power balance that Titanium regions are equally divided between the two super alliances. Today the situation is perfectly balanced, as Phoenix and Eden both control 4 future Titanium high regions, today known as Diamonds. However now Australia has severely tilted the scale to favor Phoenix, as Australia doesn’t currently possess enough MPP wrench to counter a possible and very likely Phoenix attack. Polish MPP is currently being voted in congress, but it comes in to effect way after Indonesia has secured the initiative for themselves.
Both Titanium regions of Western Australia and Northern-Territories border Indonesia, so they can be simultaneously attacked, making the defence of these regions nearly impossible. Indonesia most likely will settle with the two Titanium regions, and will not activate the Polish MPP after they’ve got what they came for.

Australia, turned in to a key strategical region in the Southern Hemisphere has unfortunately given leadership to a man who has made it clear that he has no skills in even the basic eRepublik tactics at all. Cerb, who after the succesful South African PTO was given the hard but rewarding task, if succeeded, to start the Australian attempt to liberate South Africa from Argentinian and Brazilian occupation, failed to RW-block Phoenix twice and then turned to blame Eden for lack of support after losing a battle with over 500k. At the same day Eden was given an extremely good chance to invade Slovenia, so it is obvious and understandable the whole of Eden had other things to do but to flip an already lost battle with minimal strategic importance.
Do not get me wrong, SA is critical for the future of the game as there is a total of 3 relatively loose high Titaniums there. It is essential for Eden to keep them out from Phoenix’s influence, and vice versa. However both sides have to understand, specially Eden as it has been recently harder for them, that if a campaign starts with a tactical fail, it is likely going to end in an expensive failure. We didn’t help Romania either after they tried to go alone through two countries with full MPP-stacks, and giving Phoenix the possibility to endlessly block Australia in South Africa is quite a similar situation.

Cerb, after complaining about lack of Eden support in South Africa, and justifying his claims by telling Australia is not a rich nation and has not enough Gold to carry out a succesful campaign and for example, start RW😒 before attacking, has decided they do however have the money to invade Indonesia alone. Now, after the Eden campaign ended for some time in Europe, it would be a good time to concentrate on to South Africa, but instead of taking advantage of this Cerb decided to expose Australia to a crave danger, and most likely in the face of a possible defeat it is yet again Eden’s fault after they did not help enough.

Cerb stated in his newspaper that Australia is testing if Eden cares them at all. This is done by suicidically attacking a vastly more powerful neighbour. Apparently the fact Australia has high Titanium in the future made Cerb think they are from now on critical for Eden and can do whatever they like because Eden can’t afford to lose Australia’s Titanium. This is not how it works though, in fact, I think the company managers of Canada sincerely thank Cerb as it is possible that Canada will have a monopoly over Eden’s titanium in the future if Australia fails to defend their regions.

USA is a critical nation for Eden, however they still do not test the loyalty of their allies by attacking Russia.
Russia is a critical nation for Phoenix, however they still do not test the loyalty of their allies by attacking Poland.
Australia is just as critical as any other Allied nation, but having Titanium should give no privileges.

The battle for Papua favors Indonesia with 1,75mil after 19 hours of fighting. Many notable Phoenix nations ordered their citizens to hold fights, as a possible USA attack against Indonesia was expected, but ultimately it never happened. An Indonesian counterattack is expected to occur directly after the battle of Papua ends.

I however predicted wrong, as Indonesia seems to have chickened out and did not attack before the Polish MPP took into place. It is now much harder to conquer Australia, but if Poland and USA are distracted, it could happen as it is worth to for example RW-spam Europe and RW Karnataka to suck out much needed damage in the front Down Under.
Still, it was a stupid and selfish thing to do and I have a hard time believing those MPP😒 will not come and bait Australia in the distant future.

Slovenia liberated, a chance of freeing Germany and France opens.

The last occupied regions of Slovenia were freed today as Lower Carniola fell in the war between Croatia and Slovenia, and their country is whole again. The threat of Slovenia using their MPP😒 against Poland becomes evident after Slovenia builds basic infrastructure in to their most populated regions and gets up to their feet again. We will for sure see an increase in Spanish presence around Western Europe, as several border regions will most likely be swapped to them in order to prevent Slovenia from gaining access to key Polish regions.
However the Polish high wood region of Rhone Alps is directly bordering Switzerland, a PTO:ed puppet state of Phoenix. Switzerland is protected by a Serbian MPP, so it can’t be attacked unless the MPP is accidentally or purposely cancelled by Phoenix. They need to cancel it if they want Slovenia to be transferred to the borders of Rhone Alps, as the Serbian MPP is required if they want to win the region. Phoenix however is in no rush and currently Hungary is eating Austria and supposedly annexing them to prevent the Eden puppet president from taking any action. It is likely Slovenia will be rebuilt and Austria cleared from infiltrators before Phoenix tries to make a move on Rhone Alps or another occupied regions of their member states.
