Dashriprock is the only other candidate for PP and he's certainly not a PTO threat......

People are joining to vote him into PP, If that happens, The ISD will no longer be the ISD, It wont vocalize itself as the Socialist Democracy it is. I will do my best to fend off the takeover

For those of you who dont know what Karl is talking about, a number of long-time citizens, myself included, have noticed that Manni has a number of multis residing in the ISD.

Obviously, this could mean nothing, or it could mean that a PTO is in the works. Because Karl is a newer player, we believe that he would be in jeopardy of losing this election due to the use of "Multis, which Manni is well-known for.

In an attempt to stop this from happening to my old Party, I joined and submitted my candidacy for Party President. You may ask, why not just support Karl? The reason is that Karl has both Manni and Padraig Pearse listed as Friends. Therefore, it is not possible to know if KarlKorne is a real player, or another multi.

This morning I have been talking with Karl, whose enthusiasm I respect, in an attempt to explain what is going on. In fact, I offered to hand over Party to him so he could be the "effective" President, although as I pointed out, it wouldnt say so "in-game".

Karl chose to ignore that offer, then wrote a strongly worde message much like the article above, concerning the fact that I was not a ISD member. I pointed out to him that I have been in the ISD for nearly my entire eLife and have 8 Congressional terms under the ISD banner.

Interestingly, he chose to ignore that comment as well, and simply reiterated his goal of saying, "I will not let ISD fall into your hands".

This odd behavior, where he seems not to listen or reply to my specific messages, but simply returns strong rhetoric, now has me wondering if I was right to suspect that he is in cooperation with Manni and/or Padraig.

In any event, I shall continue my candidacy to save the ISD party from potential PTO.

You fight for goals not of ISD, If I was a manni cohort, Would Darragh himself be my mentor, He has voted me as PP and supports my candidacy, I fight for ISD, Not for the beleifs that someone such as manni is planning to take the party over.

It doesnt matter that you have strong beliefs Karl. You are not old enough, or well-known enough to beat Manni if he truly intends to TO the party. It is that simple.

Im trying to help you maintain the party you care so much about. You should accept my help, as once again, I offered to let you assume the effective Presidency of the party.

Well, I was stepping down from candidacy, But..After thinking, I came to ISD to make a difference for Ireland, And to do such, I have decided to continue running for PP after all, IF you win this election Dash, You have my full support as PP and to help build ISD back to its glorious previous state.

Dash, you and I usually see eye to eye but that is complete garbage. It only takes willpower + votes to beat Manni + PP and even at that it doesn't take that much of either. IMO There is no way that KarlKorne is a Manni or PP Cohort! I am absolutely positive about that!
KarlKorne Speaks with zest and passion, although it hasn't really emerged what exactly he's getting at with it all, I think he deserves his due right at attempting to become PP.

Dash, I'd like to see your evidence about these 'multis'. Seriously, I just heard about Karl's efforts two or three days ago. The reason I decided to help him is because, like yourself, I used to be a congressman in the ISRP and I have a lot of fond memories of the party, also, my real life circumstances have changed, and I no longer have the time to roam across eRepublik sowing my wild oats.

Anyway, so I'm retiring myself to a position where I can still work towards something, while not requiring extensive time. I do not have the time or energy to make multis, nor the acting skill to create one as outspoken as Karl here.

I think you're overreacting and making a mistake here. I'd suggest reconsidering before doing anything rash. Padraig_Peare is not in the ISD, and if I did have malicious intentions for the party, he would be.

This is a joke... Karl has been on IRC several times and I had looked forward to seeing what he could make of ISD after talking to him several times.
Could Darragh please comment here, as far as I know he has also spoken to Karl and is mentoring him.
Also, because I know for a fact that this is not a PTO could Dash please remove his candidature for PP... if need be I will give him the 2 gold that it cost to cause this disruption, otherwise I will be moving to ISD along with several other Labour members to ensure that Karl does get elected.

Dash, I desire to point out one fact you gave me, You were previously ISD, Meaning you left the party, How does any truly know your intention, For any can say, Your intent is to swing votes for a IFP or IUP

Karl, Ive never been in IFP or IUP. In fact, if you ask around, I would expect that you will find that people find me to be apolitical. Meaning that Ive never been a party cheerleader to any extent.

In fact, generally, Ive voiced the opinion that most political parties are meaningless, as they rarely have a philosophy that differs from the other parties. Rooting for most Political Parties in Ireland is like rooting for a sports team...

For example...tell me what the difference is between IUP, ISD, IFP, EA, Saoirse, and Independent Voices. Youll have to dig deep, because none of these parties have a truly distinct and separate philosophy.

Trust me, if I say I joined to stop Manni, et al., then that is why I did it, plain and simple. Im sure plenty of people in our little eNation can vouch for my honesty and integrity.

Then you stand in the way of Social Democracy, The rebuilding I aim to present, I have been busy building up things such as a layout of a party council/advisory committee, And Other factors to help ISD regrow, Bring us back to prominence.

Manni + PP are already trying to pto a party. It's the Irish rugby party, De Valera is running for PP there. Dash it is unfathomable to me why you think you need to be party president? Why not let Karl be it, I have got to know him quite well of late and he is a good honorable guy.

Karl is no doubt an ambitious politician with good intentions and big plans for the ISD. He's been making on average more than 1 article every day! This is not the work of a multie or even a cohort of a rogue.

This is someone who speaks with passion and although all the facts might not be there yet, there is absolutely no reason why you should go for Party President.

If you want to stop a PTO then join the Irish Rugby party.

He really wants this and again I reiterate, Why do You need to be PP to stop a PTO? It doesn't make any sense why someone who actually wants the job, would not get it!

When you think Dash is a PTo'er then your in trouble, Dash stuck with the ISD for longer than you've been a citizen or likely to be. I suppose you don't know that people have to resign from the party & job to move overseas to fight for the IDF?, and that is the reason that he was away from the party, like others in the IDF.
I too honestly feel that you are too young to take on the post of Party President and would urge all ISD Members to show your support for Dashriprock in the elections, he is its only hope to regain its former glory after disastrous terms under Theus/JJ that seen the Party fall from the top 5 slot and change its name from the ISRP.

Well, According to Nogin the nog, I am guaranteed to lose this election and collect barely any votes, And if Dash were to cede, Nogin the nog has claimed to be ready to step in the void and run against me. I will either way stay as a candidate, And I will unify ISD.

I for one as a former ISD member have 190% faith in Dash's ability to lead the party and Karl no offense you've talked a good talk but at your age I doubt you can walk the good walk at this stage.

Just becuase I am at a young age, Doesnt mean i can't keep pace with other Party Presidents, Or even bring ISD back to top of the rankings, I have many plans ready to start kicking into effect should I become PP, Ones that will bring ISD back to top 5 and will give us congressional seating.

Sorry dude but if you win this election you'll be a week old from personal experience I was at least 2 months old before I know how too run a party properly If your so committed to your cause i.e ISD I urge you to wait till next month when your more capable.

I have mentorship from many older elrish, Ive picked up alot of things, I even accepted two government job offers from Vice President Moo Moo. So I do say, i think I am becoming quite skilled and qualified, I will support the ISD PP even if it isnt me, But I will not give up.

oh and dash, the IUP is unique because we support a pantsless eIreland, nay, eWorld!

DashRiprock has now been accused of running a PTO himself, AND, of doing so on behalf of other parties. Politics as usual.

Thats right, KarlKorne, who barely knows me, sent a Mass Mail to the entire ISD membership accusing me of foul play and misrepresentation.

He calls me a danger. He says Im here to destroy. He says Im not to be trusted.

He besmirches my good name at the drop of a hat and for what?

Everyone needs to realise that the only reason why Dash ever said he wanted to be PP of the ISD was to prevent a PTO.
There is no PTO attempt going on here so why are you still in the race for PP Dash!?

Something else I want to know is why there are so many non-party members in the ISD which seemed to appear at the same time as Dash.

I'll answer you question Connell the non-members you talk about are there because they were once ISD/ISRP members themselves at some stage have more trust in Dash then this noob.

Dash, I have messages from various figures of the Ireland, Saying that PTO is being commenced, It may refer to you, It may not refer to you, It may be slightly bit in the future, I seek to protect ISD, Keep ISD from falling to where it is controlled by other parties, The same parties where other ISD ran off join, Yet miraculously come back to ISD to prevent me from being the PP, No one even noticed my candidacy for ISD PP until i announced it in my articles, Otherwise you would have never come to join ISD again.

Dash and Nogin are not attempting a PTO Karl, I've nothing against you becoming PP, but to argue that two of the best citizens in eIreland are behind a PTO of ISD is rediculous. That mail (which you posted above) clearly refers to Dash (or Nogin as you stated) and that is a completely unfounded message.

On another note, how is it that I never got a mentor? 🙁 I asked, but the only help I got was when I pm'd Edana or IP for help with something such as the Monetary Market.
