Attack on the Belgian UK Region - A Simple Statement

The argument is not so simple.

According to the admins, when the MPP's activate for a defending country, they remain active. Fair enough. They've retaken the French regions. Fair Enough. They've fought hard and I commend them for it.

But let me point out simple flaws in the admin's set up of the war module, and why it's rediculous:

When we took Lower Normandy, we were supposed to receive a part of the French Treasury. I accepted that it was only 40 Francs or so, because they had removed all their money. When they retook it, they received 100 Gold and 7000 GBP's. I asked George himself on the issue, as it was my understanding that they only received portions of my treasury when they took UK regions.

His response was the since we took Lower Normandy, it became a UK region. That's why they were able to get some of our treasury.

Yet we were not allowed to defend it as UK territory, as our MPP's were not active.

Fair Enough. I accepted that as well.

Now the French, even going against what Elvea said in her previous 8 interviews, have attacked a UK region, in eBelgium. Belgium merged with the UK way back in April, by choice, and is a UK region pre-V1. And we're still not allowed to use an MPP to defend it.

Not to mention they can use their MPP's to attack it.

So, I'll say this, and I don't care who says what.

If the war module is not fixed and/or stopped, corrected, and so on, then I'm done. Start the impeachment now, if you'd like. The fact of the matter is, that the admin team has purposely violated both #1 and #2 of their own rules. You cannot consider something "UK territory" under one rule and not under the other. If you're going to take money from me under one, then you must allow me to defend it properly under the other.

George, Cristi, Alexis, Bogdan, and so on, if it's not corrected, I'm leaving and I'm sure there are others. I understand why protective pacts are used to defend French regions, but you're being rediculous and shortsighted in it's application.

I don't care what it takes. I don't want to hear counterarguments nor reasoning as to why you can't do this or that. If it isn't fixed, I won't log into Erepublik anymore. I've written 500 articles in support, I've spent more time than most of your dev team working on developing two different countries over the last year, and I have every right to be pissed that you're inability to get things right is causing this situation.

Have fun in Erepublik. They might as well make a rule in the Big Ten that says you can't mess with Romania or France. That's how they treat it anyway.
