ATRACURIUM AND TEAM CP ELECTION CAMPAIGN (JUNE) (PART 1 AND 2)

1. INTRODUCTION

had announced my interest in contesting for Singapore June’s Country President Election earlier at 05 May 2010 but doesn’t hurt to announce it again. Yes, together with my team; we are running. Arbryn also be our minister mentor.

1.1 I have prepared some materials for my CP campaign but hell its long (Don’t say I never warn yea!) But at the end of the campaign (before the election), I will have an executive summary to summarize everything.

1.2 There are always differences in views and the materials which I am going to present might not be to your likening. You might have some great ideas down there which my team and I had missed out. We could always have healthy discussion pertaining to the areas which you would like to be involved with… we are all for the best interest of Singapore. Let’s make it work.

1.3 Whoever wins, be it Logan Dunleavy or me… I wish Logan Dunleavy all the best in his presidential campaign.

1.4 We started to create a sound. The sound which hopefully will change the nation which are inspired by people. Its all about the sound you about to hear and make it crystal clear. Let’s go!


2. GOVERNANCE

2.1 My team and I are committed to ensuring the growth potential of eSingapore in areas like economy, foreign affairs, military and internal affairs. For the elected term, we need be doing some cohesive integration between all ministries, departments and areas.

2.2 My team cabinet’s comprises the following:

President

Minster of Security
Department Head (Defense)
Department Head (Immigration & Internal Security)

Minister of Corporate Services
Department Head (Policy Assurance)
Department Head (Financial Reporting)
Department Head (Strategic Planning)

Minister of Foreign Affairs

Department Head (Audit & Communications)

2.3 Frequency of Meeting
Secretarial support to the various meetings would be provided by the Ministry of Audit & Communications. Chat logs will be captured and recorded for future references.

Ministers: Weekly (2 times per week) (ad-hoc meetings if required);
Department Heads: Weekly (1 time per week)
Ministers & Department Heads: Bi-Weekly (2 times per month)

The listed committees may invite any other subject matter experts to be presented at any of the meetings. A quorum of three (3), including the Chairman (or in his absence, the alternate Chairman), is required to convene the meeting.

Government Committee: Bi-Weekly (3 times per month) &/or Forum Discussion
Congress Committee: Bi-Weekly (2 times per month) &/or Forum Discussion
V2 Committee: Bi-Weekly (2 times per month) &/or Forum Discussion
