eCanada

eCanadians woke up today to find their elected government in total mayhem, as it was exposed last night by their Attorney General’s Office that several key government officials, including the current and past Country Presidents were involved in a plot “to seize total control” of the eNation.

While their goals for wielding this power are unclear, it is known that they were able to secure (via election or coercion) the involvement of eCanada’s top five political Party Presidents, and through this accomplishment the group was able to ensure that only one “genuine” candidate was on the ballot for Country President (current CP Rolo Tahmasee) as all other candidates were blocked by Party Presidents from securing their party's nomination. Additionally, the group also used Party Presidents to run candidates loyal to their cause for Congress.

While it is clear that the group of individuals were working together to undermine the democratic structure in place for “fair” elections by blocking genuine candidates from running, many other allegations have been made regarding the group plotting to destroy the Canadian Armed Forces (eCanada largest government controlled military force). While it is true that Project Mayhem (as people are calling the groups mission) was the establishment of a new "Citizen Army" (detailed by the groups leader in a news article 2 weeks ago: http://www.erepublik.com/en/newspaper/the-meaning-of-life-123271/1), eCanadian Country President Tahmasee categorically denied the accusation pointing out that his Vice President is Ramizeth (long time Senior CAF Commander) an avid advocate for the CAF.

While Tahmasee fully acknowledges working with the Projects Mayhem leader, JBDivinus, to stack elections in his and the Canadian Empire Party’s favour, he doesn’t view the methods as anything but good strategy. “The whole point of entering politics in this game is to get yourself into a position of influence, and when you get there, have as much fun as you can.”

Other prominent eCanadians disagree, including the eCanadian Attorney Generals office who is charging the groups leaders, including current eCanadian CP with conspiracy to commit terrorism, treason, rigging elections, and PTOing (as aid was provided by foreign citizens). While the evidence being presented is plentiful, due to Mayhem defectors (including former eCanadian President Acacia Mason) leaking documents; the effectiveness of the groups actions on election day has meant that a number of citizens who support the group and its leaders were elected to Congress including eight members of Tahmasee’s Canadian Empire Party.

The charges against the group’s leaders move forward in the eCanadian courts, where all of the evidence will be reviewed by the judiciary and a ruling issued in due time. Tahmasee, a self-defined military-focused leader, defended his actions arguing that “while other citizens are on IRC talking about Butt Secks and trolling, we're talking about how we can make Canada a dominant force in the world, So, I'm not sure I see the problem....”

eAustralia

Today, eIndonesia continued its attacks on eAustralia, capturing both he regions of Queensland and Victoria. It is unclear if eIndonesia will push on further by attacking Tasmania or the eAustralian Capital of New South Wales, the eNations remaining regions.

The eAustalian Government continued to stress today that citizens relocate to the Capital region of New South Wales and that they refrain from purchasing food domestically due to the high Value Added taxes that the PTOers are using to fund their war effort against the eNation.





eSerbia

Yesterday, two eMalaysian resistance wars were started in the eSerbia’s occupied regions of Sarawak and Peninsular Malaysia. The resistance wars were started by EDEN member citizens who are mostly using the wars to pull eSerbian attention away from other global conflicts.





ePoland

Today, ePoland began region swapping with eNorth Korea towards the eSerbian stronghold region of Liaoning by capturing the region of Xinjang. The move puts ePoland one region away from Liaoning, with only eNorth Korean held Inner Mongolia in the middle of the two waring super-powers.
