ARMMD's lack of interest

From the first day I joined ARMMD, I knew it was a mistake, merely because it is ran by a control freak.

Yea I said it, and I'll say it again. Kostyav is a control freak that takes this game too serious.

It all began the day when Kostyav couldn't have the b*lls to tell me why I can't join ARMMD, so he told his Lieutenant to tell me that I should leave Red Army and eSAAF Parabats which I was part of at the time, and what the term and conditions is if I join ARMMD. Only he knows why he couldn’t tell me himself.

Eventually with a lot of struggle, I was accepted in ARMMD. I was asked to please climb in the official "uniform", but when I saw what size it is (179 x 179 (which is pretty small for me)), I made it bigger. But I didn't enlarge the uniform; I recreated the frame with my own design. I asked a few ARMMD members what they think, and a few replied that it looks better than the current uniform. So I ask Kostyav what he thinks, and he shot it down immediately, stating: "I saw the uniform and thanks for the effort. I'd rather we stick with the uniform that I prepared for the MU". I accepted that, I mean he is the leader right? BUT, then I asked him if I at least can wear the uniform I made myself? And that is when sh*t started to spat all over. He refused that I wear my own design because that is against his rules. I'd like to point out that more than half of ARMMD members aren't wearing the official uniform, but he will sh*t on my head because I want to wear my own design.

Then there is the fact that there is NO reason to try and get a Battle Hero, and Resistance War medal in-game to help ARMMD.

I quote: “African Resistance Medal is awarded for liberating a region by starting a resistance war while in service of ARMMD" and "Battle Star is awarded for reaching the highest influence in a battle while in service of ARMMD". I got BOTH of those medals while in service of ARRMD, and dear Kostyav didn't even bother to do anything about it. I sent him a message telling him I received those medals, but he just sat on his fat ass and didn't do anything about it. But when their founder StanEslah liberated a region and got a Battle Hero, they could reward him fast enough. This shows that Kostyav doesn’t care about what his members accomplish.

Today, before posting this article, my service ended in ARMMD, and guess why?

To start with, Wilpanzer1 and I founded SAFU (South African Foreign Unit: Wiki page) to help our government with foreigners who's applications were denied. The foreigners must do a 2 week "boot camp" and then we show them in the direction of another Military Unit if they choose not to stay with us. Wilpanzer1 and I thought of directing them to ARMMD, because Wilpanzer1 is in charge of recruitment, and we are both members there. Obviously Kostyav like the idea of getting new recruitment. So he doesn’t want to lose Wilpanzer1. But he doesn’t worry about loosing me.

That is when I received the message "With your position in SAFU and requesting supply drops from ARMMD, I'm removing you from ARMMD as a MUM because of a conflict of interest." Meanwhile Wilpanzer1 is the co-founder of SAFU, and same as me doesn’t work for commune. The only difference is that I request supplies and Wilpanzer1 doesn’t. But I didn’t know if I don’t work, Kostyav will have a problem with supplying me. And again he did not have the decency to tell me: “No work, no supplies”. He’s lack of leadership and communication offends me.

I urge all new citizens to NOT join ARMMD, and rather look at a more “fun” Military Unit. Yea sure ARMMD is organized, I’ll give them that, but their rules are way out of hand. Kostyav is brining RL too much in the game, and we joined eRepublik so that we get away from RL (Or that is how I see it).

Red Army and eSAAF are better choices for newbies who doesn’t understand the game, mainly because there is communication, something ARMMD desperately have a lack of.
