I, Thomas I, by God's Grace the Emperor of the South Pole, King of East and West Antarctica, Grand Duke of Queen Victoria Land, Duke of New Swabia, Wilkes Land and Princess Elizabeth Land, the Sovereign Count of Adelie Land, Count of Enderby and Ellsworth, Lord and Sovereign of the Ross Ice Shelf, the Despot of the Antarctic Peninsula, Protector of penguins, the lampart seal Slayer, etc, etc...

...because of hard economical and political situation of Czech Republic,
officialy declare WAR to Your Motherland
and begin the Great Intervention in Bohemia.

Czech Republic doesn't have any border with US, so we don't have to defence our territories.

We shall have none of it! Our true Penix friends shall make penguin multis and Save Antarctica from it's bashful leaders, led by insincere allies from EDEN.

We even have 2 RL-Penguins! Look at our 2 rl-penguins in their funny hats, LOOK! (No talky-talky though, we don't want them getting any funny ideas).
