Announcing the Israeli Aid For Immigrants Program
Hyman Roth
On the heals of the most recent Knesset Elections, the UZSP is proud to announce a program designed to build national unity, aid the universally recognized need for new citizens, and help guide eIsrael, side by side with ALL citizens, towards a brighter future: The Israeli Aid For Immigrants Program.
This is the proud manifestation of an important aspect of our manifesto and the widespread call to actively recruit for new generation of Israeli citizenry. This is a non-partisan, proactive program created to help all citizens, regardless of party, political leanings, or experience.
The mandate of the Aid For Immigrants Program is simple: To provide free Q1 moving tickets to prospective citizens hoping to make a new life in eIsrael.
It is our intention that the launch of this program be coordinated with an advertisement and article campaign in a cross section of nations in hopes of infusing our population with more active players. These articles and advertisements will NOT have any affiliation with party or politics. The UZSP proposes an Immigration Advisory Committee consisting of the President, Vice-President, and all Party Presidents to cooperatively approve any article or ad before it is published. We recognize, and believe in, the need for this Program to be non-partisan and national in focus. As a resource, we propose the Aid For Immigrants Program and the corresponding Immigration Advisory Committee will vet requests for tickets by citizens and hopeful applicants alike.
We recognize that this is a far from an absolute solution for our citizenship needs. Yet, we feel that a collective, concerted cross-party effort will better help motivate and build momentum towards a proactive approach of recruitment. Any assistance, even the small token of a free moving ticket, can help inspire new citizens. Along with a coordinate article and ad campaign, we feel this is a step in the right direction. It's time to translate the energized talk of our need for more citizens into action.
The UZSP recognizes that the program, as a new venture, will benefit from the body of our entire nations ideas, and welcome all citizens to contribute in any way they can. As a party, we've seeded the program with 2 GOLD. This is a low cost, high reward prospect.
Again, all ideas - preferably constructive - are welcome. To a bright future for eIsrael...

Voted. Sounds great Hyman
Thanks Seeroy. Hope we can come to a consensus on this. It's vital. We can all agree on that.
This is a great and much-needed initiative, here's to Israel growing!
I would also suggest having a committee thrown together, aimed to message any immigrants coming into Israel.
They would send them a message with the political aspects of Israel (Current president, Congress, forums, etc), war game information as it becomes available, and possibly some links to help the player, in case they didn't know of the links already.
This would show Israel as an active residence, and would allow the transition into this country to be much smoother. Also, it would be a way to 'check' people before they come into the country.
I totally agree Soul. I think a renewed standard welcome message, along with an active, live welcome is a great idea.
Amen to that Soul Salvage. Perhaps a thread on the forum as a central location for this?
If such a committee is formed I would love to sit on it! I've been PMing immigrants for some time now and can furnish the committee with the basic components of an "aliyah package" (links, active user roster, glossary of useful terms etc.)
great idea Hyman ! also Soul have a good point ! Voted !
Great idea and Lets keep eIsrael growing
Good idea. I just hope that with an official name comes official goals that benefit all of eisrael and are not a guise to recruit members of a particular party like former initiatives.
I did my best, over and over and over in the article, and through the suggested creation of a multi-partisan Immigration Advisory Committee (that would indeed include you, Jeff, as a PP) to stem any and all concerns as you noted above. Did this not come through?
Wonderful idea!
