Announcing The Flufferton Award for Excellence in Media

Recently, The eUS Congress voted on and approved the Flufferton Award, the eRepublik equivalent of the Pulitzer Prize. The Flufferton Award is actually 5 monthly awards promoting good media and newspaper articles. The awards are:
1. The Zoli Prize for True Reporting:
~ Covers Propaganda, Trolling, Interviews, Etc
2. The DesertFalcon Prize for Strategic Reporting:
~ Covers Military, Diplomacy, Etc
3. The Joe DaSmoe Prize for Public Service Reporting:
~ Covers Newbie Guides, Investigations, Etc
4. The One Eye Prize for Economic Reporting:
~ Covers How-To Guides, Economic Analysis, Etc
In addition, there is the Monthly Flufferton Award for overall excellence in media. Prizes for all awards include 5 gold and an eUSA forum medal. The 1st board of judges for the awards are:
Zoli
Joe DaSmoe
Desertfalcon
Necrosis (aka Glorious Failure)
St Krems (In case of tie)
St Krems serves as co-director of the program with Jimmy Olsen. The program is run out of the Flufferton Foundation, and is named after Jack Flufferton, an eUS self-made media mogul.

I think there should be a 5th category - to make it all nice and rounded out:
The (insert prize name here) Award for best foreign contribution to eUSA Media Market.
I would permit the name of this award to be the Allied Hotsheet Award.

~ Five breaks the even seqeunce of weekly awards; four per month.
~ Foreign authors will be considered; but only if they publish their articles in the eUSA. Please note that we named a prize after Zoli and invited him to sit on the judge's panel due to his extensive contributions to the eUSA media.

To make things interesting. While he is not an eUSA citizen, he is an eUSA media icon. This gesture recognizes the international aspect of the prize; citizens of any country are eligible, for articles published in the eUSA. Zoli is famous for this.
So how are articles taken under consideration for the awards? Submission? Or will you just scan the media?
