Announcement on the Kinki RW

Summary: eJapan does not support this RW. Don't fight in it.

Near the end of Day 1644, there has been a massive uprising in the former eROK territories. With what seems to be a coordinated attacks from ONE and hired mercenaries, eROC has been having difficulties with surpressing the resistance battles. At the same time, suspicious movements have appeared in the Chubu RW, where strangely enough TEDEN forces have been hitting for eJapan. With Chubu back in eJapan's hands, foreigners have started a second RW in Kinki.

I'll keep this short: The eJapanese government does not support the Kinki RW, and as President of the nation, I ask that all eJapanese refrain from fighing in the Kinki battles, and preferably help eROC. Yes, it does seem hypocritical of me to ask this of you, but we now have Chubu, and with eROC occupied with eROK, we will continue to do so for the time being. Frankly, I am very incensed that my plans for negotiations with the eROC Congress have been destroyed with the current events, and I do not want to strain relations with our neighbors when we can help each other out and receive regions which we can hold indefinitely. So please think for the future, and refrain from fighting in the Kinki RW.
