Today I exceeded the 4000 API requests/hour limit. This banned my IP, which will hopefully be corrected soon. Due to this, the Mailer and other tools will not work fully until I am back up.
The Mailer can be run in a "bypass API" mode. This mode will only accept profile links or ID numbers, not names. You also can not use any tags like [NAME] in the message.
I have disabled all filters in the Region Tool. I know a lot of people use this tool, but using the filters makes it so each citizen's feed is requested. Several people were using the tool at once, which is what led to going over the limit. The Region Tool is still useful for generating a list of all citizens in a region. I have also limited it to just the US and Canada for the time being. As I monitor the requests/hour of my site, I may bring add back additional countries.
