Full Burst—which whips up more than just updated visuals, including a playable Kabuto, 100 new missions, and 38 additional costumes—is slated for an October 22 release on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in North America, with PC to come later this fall.

Sony Releasing “Madoka Magica” Walkman F Series
To commemorate the upcoming release of the newest “Puella Magi Madoka Magica” film, “Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie Part 3: Rebellion”, Sony is releasing limited edition “Madoka Magica” versions of their Walkman F Series portable audio players.
Timed to coincide with the October 26th theatrical release of the film, the 16-gigabyte NW-F805/B (black) and NW-F805/W (white) will be available in both Madoka Kaname and Homura Akemi versions, each with a character-themed design printed on the back of the Walkman. The devices will also be preloaded with a song from the movie’s soundtrack and 3 wallpaper designs featuring images from the movie, and will ship in specially-designed “Madoka Magica” packaging.

"Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei" Anime Announced
As part of their 20th anniversary goodies, publishing imprint Dengeki Bunko were taking reservations for a hug pillow based on Tsutomu Satou and Kana Ishida's modern fantasy/wizard training arms race light novel series Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei (“The Irregular at Magic High School”). Then came this weekend's Dengeki Bunko Fall Festival, and turns out there's more to thrill fans of the series, as an anime adaptation has been revealed.
Volume 12 of the series is out on October 10th. Specific on when and where to expect the anime haven't been announced.

"Sword Art Online - Extra Edition" Visual and Schedule
The Sword Art Online - Extra Edition anime special, recapping the Aincrad and Fairy Dance arcs and including new footage, is now scheduled to run on December 31st on Tokyo MX. Looks like the original content is basically going to be a swimsuit episode...
In its original story, the characters accept an ALO underwater quest when they learn of Yui's wish to see a whale. Discovering that Suguha/Leafa can't swim, Asuna takes the girls to a real world pool for training. Meanwhile, Kirito is having mysterious meetings.
