And Now For Something Completely Different...

A picture is worth 1000 words, but here are a few more anyway. The Daily Milkshake will resume regular reporting this week.
In an historic election, new President Artela rode a wave of support to land the top role in our government with over 80% of the vote. In celebration of the victory over no declared candidates (her only competition had rendered himself ineligible by attempting to switch parties after the field of 5 candidates was locked in), the president-elect took the next logical step and declared herself queen.
Presented to the public as a light-hearted nod to Artela's real life heritage, the short-sighted ruse backfired when it was met with consternation from two groups: those who did not appreciate the adaptation of our government to that of our in-game enemy eUK, and those who felt disenfranchised when Artela's sole opponent, Joseph Dinero, was disqualified from the Presidential race.
