Anarchism and Green Japan.
Kyonkyon
Today I will write about Green Japan.
When I became president of Green Japan, I decided to change orientation from libertarian to anarchist.
Main reason is that there are many libertatian parties in Japan, so I wanted to make something different.
But to be sure, I think this is no problem, because I believe that actions speak better than words or names.
A citizen is discussing with me about party now and suggested to change party orientation, because anarchist is not good. I am not good in English, and I maybe I do not use words correct.
Let me explain who I understand the word anarchist.
For me anarchism is the translation of word 無政府. Museifu means no government in Japanese.
When I say government, I mean some people that act as government, and decide things for all.
But I think this is quite boring. It is more fun to have all people decide. For this reason I prefer to not have some people as government, but have all people act as government.
I am against the idea of having particular people act as government. I do not say this is bad or I hate those people or I do not respect them. I just say that I think it is more fun to give opportunities to all people participate.
This is just my opinion. You do not have to agree with me if you want to join Green Japan. I am open to discussion and I believe the best way to make citizens join is by actions not by words or names.
In any case I would like to ask you, if you have problem to join an anarchist party (please understand anarchist as I described above, not as you may understand), just be having the name anarchist. Do you care about names, if actions are OK?

Anarchism is dangerous. It is not a philosophy that suits our country. But neither do I believe it will ever gain a foothold here.

Anarchism isn't any more dangerous than any other form of government. A corrupt democratic government could possibly be even more dangerous to a country. 😎 It's the level of corruption in a governmental system that's problematic, it's just that some systems are more prone to this corruption than others.
It's just that anarchism has no controls for anything at all. People need control. They demand it.
Certain people demand it anyway...
Kyonkyon, I do not think it's a bad thing. Anarchism does have a bad connotation in Western countries, but that is because people associate it with the militant anarchists of the late 19th/early 20th centuries. Modern-day anarchists, such as Professor Noam Chomsky, are peaceful and promote their views through reason. I myself am a liberal rather than an anachist, but I think that a peaceful anarchist party will be an asset to the political diversity of eJapan.

Libertarianism and anarchy are essentially the same thing, just libertarianism is a more acceptable word for it.
Kyonkyon, I always enjoy your articles. I think you have explained yourself well, and that people should not be afraid of words, or of the past.
Anarchism: a political theory favoring the abolition of governments
So how can you want the people to be the government when Anarchism means to abolish ANY KIND OF GOVERNMENT, your contradicting what your saying. Saying you want the people to be the government and not just small group of people controlling the government but your party that is for Anarchism which means to have NO GOVERNMENT what so ever.
You can't have both, you ether choose to support the ideal of having the the people be the government or you can choose to support the abolishment of the government.
You can't change a meaning of word just cause you want to.
Anarchism can't happen in eRep. Period.
