An Unlikely Endorsement (Kinda)

Day 894, 01:15 Published in USA USA by Zanmor

So I missed Mr. Richardson’s announcement that he would be running for president a few days ago. Luckily he (or someone at least) has blanketed eRep with ads linking to it. Skipping the stuff about NXNW having to step down from the VP spot and looking for the bare bones platform, I came across this:

This is bolded because it is the most essential issue facing our time. America is devoid of leaders; more specifically, America is devoid of leaders given an opportunity to shine. The mere fact that I am running for President again is proof enough of this fact. My likely opponent is another former President. America must give its young leaders a chance to impress.

And I thought to myself, “Whoa! He might as well be endorsing CivilAnarchy with this!” You want a leader who is ready to shine, America? You want a leader who will open the doors for other, younger players and new talent?

Take Harrison’s advice, give CivilAnarchy a chance to impress. You want new leaders, here’s a hint: Don’t elect the same old leaders to the same old positions! Bring new blood in. Look for fresh ideas.

H.R. asks, “America, are you ready for a leader? Let us not shun new ideas; let us accept them and debate them to the fullest. America is plagued by groupthink, especially at the upper levels of government.”

C.A. promises, “The Executive Cabinet is full of people who have had positions in eUs politics for months on end. People who might not do their job in the best manner, but will always have the experience to justify their position. I will not be following this policy. My entire cabinet will be comprised of medium level, hard working Americans, who have not been given the chance to display themselves on the higher political stage. There will be a minimal amount of established players, mostly serving advisory positions.
We need new ideas.
We need new energy.
We need new leaders in this country.
And this is the way to do it.

CivilAnarchy also has new ideas like eRep holidays and government sponsored companies. Are they good ideas? Will they work? Well you don’t know until you try, America! Accept new ideas. The revolution is here, be a part of it!
