Join the new world

Ladies and gentle-mens, here's my second interview article.

The first interview is with a new cadet in the Infantry, xFiggy!


xFiggy are wearing his uniform all day and night.

When did you start to play eRepublik and why?

- "I first got introduced to this game from a Serbian friend from another forum. He gave a link to it just saying it was something that was easy to pick up yet hard to put down. I started just over 1 month ago, since the other day I got my first hard workers award 😃. The first day I played I tried to find a community with the game and with that I found the eUK forums, the IRC channel and I got pointed towards the Army (navy at the time)"

Since you're a land worker, you're living in Russia. Is there anything different, good or bad with that?

- "The only bad thing to it is having to buy from the Russian market. Since we are working in Q3 jobs we have to fend for ourselves with our wage. We have enough for wellness but it's still a pain knowing where the money is going to. I'm a bit homesick of London, but I take trips elsewhere to make up for it.. Strikes!"


Being homesick can be bad for your soul.

You're in the Infantry, but what's your Regiment?

- "I'm a Lemming!!!! I mean, The rifles 😉"

Are you happy with your Regiment, the Infantry, your officers and the army in general?

- "Very happy. I can't comment on the whole Infantry thing since we aren't in V2 yet, but regarding Kdoggground2, Bron and Blandman I'm happy 😉 I'm also with the people around me, very active due to the new reform which I'm quite happy with."

Is there any change you would like to see in the army?

- "Hmmm, I think change is inevitable. With V2 coming, I'm sure the top people with bang heads together and do the best for us. No one can tell exactly what will happen, what is needed, but when it comes, I'm confident that we're ready to tackle it better than any other country."

EmeraldEye has adapted her uniform a bit.

The usual question... When did you start to play eRepublik and why?

- "Ummmmm January... And. I played another game. Called Kings of Babylon. And made me play it. So he could get gold. And then I found out I liked it. 😛"

You're in the Royal Anglian Regiment, and you're a Private, would you like to advance in the ranks?

- "Eventually. 😛 I'm still semi-newbish atm."

There are some rivalty between the military branches, how do you like it?

- "Well. Most the rivalry is in good fun. In Infantry our boss Kdogg likes to tell us if we misbehave.. He'll ship us in a box over to the tanks. But we all still love each other. 🙂 And everyone knows Infantry is the best because we use our hands and aren't afraid to get dirty. 😛"

Are you happy with your Regiment, the Infantry, your officers and the army in general?

- "Yeppers. Everyone is really awesome and really friendly. We all mess around with each other. But we all have fun. We're all about bonding with each other."

And you would like to see no change in the army? There's nothing you would like to see to change?

- "The only change I would like to see in the army is higher pay. 😛 We always complain that we can only afford Q2 food. And most people end up taking leave from the army sometimes. So they can get a job to make up some money to pay for food and other stuff."


Bay pay ruins life, and in that way it ruins the army!

Are you doing anything else in the UK except the army?

- "Like I said before. I'm still newbish. I just live on IRC. 🙂 And I'm in a party that I know nothing about. *EmeraldEye shrugs.* I'm all about the Army. 😛"
