An Idea: Alliances
Lanthanide
I've realized something. With a bit of crafty negotiation, we don't necessarily need to annihilate other nations. Rather, we create alliances that have contingencies. Here's an example:
In a response to a comment on my last article, I suggested an idea on Thailand that went something like this: if Thailand lets us take control of one of their regions, and we expand from there, and we create an alliance with Thailand, then when we take over the Canadian Indian provinces, they can have one and we'll give their region back.
It's this type of diplomacy that will allow us to succeed. For the most part, it's worked with Poland, and I think if we try it with Thailand, it may work.
For this reason, I'm postponing the party interviews until I interview the Thai Ambassador to eUnited Kingdom!
Sincerely,
Lanthanide

Good idea, if it works. 🙂
You never know if you never try...
It certainly worths a try, thing is, there are (too) many factors, not to say people, involved. Thus, increasing probability of failure.
I'm sure Thailand prefers Canada instead of the UK, but who knows 😉
I think Thailand would prefer having Canada's land as opposed to having them as a neighbor...
No, what I am saying is that Thailand is cool with us there. They don't want our land because we're on the same side.
Well that's because you're a Canadian! We're saying that we want to take over your land! 😆
No sir, I am saying that Thailand would never because they are on our side of this "world war" Try asking Indo or something instead.
Are you kidding? Thailand gives us an Asian footing. Indonesia? No way, Joseklop. And really, if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.
Oh great idea!!!
