As I see there are only 4 articles in the eCR.
I'm writing this article for experiment. As start I will get only 0 votes and the 5th place in the TOP 5 🙂
How long will my article stay in the TOP 5?...

So, it shows necessity of one of the main direction in work of eCR government: to lift up citizen's activity.

Czech Ministry of Population is the winner. All donations was done.

One of the main results of experiment shows that we can be active when it is required form us. By some citizens there was carried out scheme of TOP 5 control and search of votes.
