An Economic Proposal to put Treasury Funds to Good Use

Hey eCanada,
This will be a brief article. I merely want to gauge the community and governmental response to an idea that I found in the eIrish media.

The Idea
Money can be made on the MM by posting CAD for 0.001 and waiting for the bot to buy it.
The Problem
Many Canadians do not know about this and/or do not have much capital to invest with.
The Solution
The government will issue 10 000 CAD to every participant to invest.
The amount can be changed of course. 10k is what the Irish are using.
Money will only be issues to active eCanadians. i.e those with multiple HW medals.
Let me know what you think about bringing this idea to eCanada!
Note: I am not in congress and I am not proposing this plan. I am merely gauging the response. If many people like the idea, then the appropriate government official can announce the beggining of the program.

Yes it does. By Sweet Drinker's calculations, around 650 cc will be made from every gold that is bought.

I put 10000 CAD on the market at 0.001 GOLD probably around a month ago. I still have 6449 CAD left to get rid of.
Yesterday: 1000 CAD was bought
11 days ago: 2500 CAD was bought
After that i don't have exact dates, but 50 CAD went the second time and 1 CAD went as the first transaction.
I suppose it works, but in that time I've accumulated a lot more CAD I'd like to exchange into GOLD. But not at 1 GOLD = 1700 CAD.
@ Blue Bird - I think offers expire after 5 days.
With the new monetary market your CC order stays up indefinitely. On average it takes 60 days to sell of 10,000 CC. Only 100k can be extracted from the government coffers a day.
Now my question is, do participants pay back the 10,000 CC after the order is filled? If yes, it will be very difficult to implement and enforce. If no, the CAD injection would most certainly be detrimental to the local market. This could be minimized if the CAD is used for gold, and only gold since the monetary market has little impact on the local market.
Either way, my current vote would be against such a program untill someone can show me otherwise.

Offers do expire about once a week or so. When the offer expired, I'd put the offer back up from the point it expired at. If it expired at 7449 CAD, I put 7449 CAD back up at the same 0.001 GOLD rate.
