Note: My apologies to eUS readers. This was in the process of being published when my citizenship was accepted, for which, by the way I am most grateful. I hope to make future articles of more general interest.

Gentle readers,

A great deal of curiosity has been expressed about eRelationships in eBelgium recently. In order to satisfy it – or perhaps to whet it, as the case may be – this author has undertaken to trace the roots and branches of one of our more complex families. Please note that all information to be found herein is purely the result of my own research and this newspaper is not responsible for any perceived errors it may contain. Note: This eRelationship is undocumented and was only discovered by the fact that van_Spijck addressed Konrad as “bro”. van_Spijck himself has claimed that his eParents are unknown, and that he is an eOrphan. Be that as it may, he is considered part of the family by our sources.

There are numerous others who have been closely associated with this family. As the relationships are unclear from existing sources, they are not included on this tree, but could be added at some future time.

Caveat: As happens in RL genealogies, you may note chronological discrepancies. For instance, Konrad Neumann has the earliest date of eBirth in the family, even earlier than any of his eGrandparents. It is suggested to the earnest eGenealogist that these discrepancies be disregarded as inconvenient and irrelevant.

We hope this clarifies things; however, if there are any questions, Cotarius and Maryam are departing immediately on their long awaited honeymoon and will be unavailable indefinitely. Enjoy!
