An Appeal to the dictator

Day 3,075, 06:59 Published in Pakistan Pakistan by Firestorm001

Dear Sir,
I have been observing the politics of e-Pakistan quite carefully and seeing that most ministerial posts have been abolished. Sir why is this so and would it not be better for them to be re-established.
I also had a few suggestions for reforms in the government.

1. Ministers to be appointed

2. A Message thread to be set up for congress members where laws are proposed and then debated on

3. If a law is passed from this system it will be sent to the minister of the concerned department

4. The minister then sends the proposal to the Prime Minister (who must also be a congress member)

5. If the Prime Minister approves then the law is sent to the President

6. When President approves it is sent to the Dictator who if approves of it signs it into law

7. The Dictator cannot be the President

8. Out of all ministers only the Prime Minister will be a Congress Member

9. Citizens can propose laws by sending a message to a congress member and only active congress members can use the congress message thread

This system of government which I call dictatorial democracy will allow participation on a grass root level but power will still rest with the Dictator who can still pass any law he wishes if he sees fit

A list of suspected PTOers should be published every month they will be ignored in all government decisions

It is a bit like this older system which was approved by the dictator of that time MUZ1 THE SLOTH
