Japan declared South Korea as their Natural Enemy

I would like to tell all of you who saw this in their country Administration page (which I guess is very few) Japan just recently passed a law into effect with 24 votes Yea and 4 votes Nay declaring South Korea as their Natural enemy. I would like to inform you that this is nothing but a Training War between these two countries. That concludes the News Flash Thank you for your time.
