There has been a lot of change in the gifts market recently and i think its time to restate amazons aims.

Amazon.com is a company run with its workers and the economy in mind. I run Amazon but do not profit from it. I always aim too spread any profit earnt through sales between the workers of amazon and because of this i do not have fixed wages. instead i promise to give raises every 0.5 skill (after 2) this means when the company is doing well its workers do well and raises will be high and when the company is not selling as well as it should wages will be increased but by not as much. Because of this pay structure it is very hard for me too insure all the worker are being paid well and therefore I ask that my workers inform me when they deserve a raise.

This method was briefly mentioned to my workers but has so far been running through word of mouth so i would like to restate this. All workers of amazon.com are entitled to a wage increase every 0.5 skill and so if you have gained 0.5 skill and have not received a raise please pm me. it is unfortunate that i am very busy and don't always have the time to check wages but i will always try to increase wages every 0.5 skill even if I do not receive notification the messaging system is a back up to insure you are paid correctly.

We are a company in hard times and currently under threat from a company owner with a lack of sense. I would love to go on a rant about how the capitalist system ensure that if one person is greedy enough they can ruin those how work hard but instead I plead with the public. The gifts company "amazon.co.uk" (mine was named first but he so immature he even tries to steal my brand) run by mr.brodie is threatening the UK gifts market. The company is currently selling at a price which is not sustainable and will cause the bankruptcy of two gifts companies which always keep the UK in mind. You may ask “if he is able to run you out of business then you must be inefficient” but this is not due to lack of business skill on our part but due to funding being pumped into "amazon.co.uk" By deliberately undercutting Amazon and sohirs health pack he insures that no company will break even this will mean soon we may have to sack our workers causing unemployment. These workers will not be able to be employed by mr brodie his company will only be kept afloat by investment. So I ask you the customer to look passed the lower prices and think about the UK and buy from Amazon.com and Sohirs health packs. Our prices will always be as low as we can make them and we aim too keep the industry alive instead of destroying it.
