Sure, they will give them back. When hell freezes over, probably. Like they gave back Eastern Slovakia to the Slovaks....ooo it is now Polish, because they needed it for a little chatterbox, but surely Slovaks do not mind it??? Or Galicia, because Poland had to be gifted with something for all that 'help' they gave in region swapping.

I of course do not know if anyone will keep that pacts, or what are its conditions. But I do see now one thing: Atlantis - meaning Romania in this case and Finland - intend to destroy Norway, for it could not bring the expected results, for it is not useful for them any more, and they do not want to see it a great country it was once.
Norway was used and abused. I am sorry to see it, sorry still. I hope one day you will be free of any influence... maybe the Scandinavian Alliance is a good idea, I do not know, but it is worth thinking of it. Romania proved itself a demanding master... Surely it was much more than an ally would ask one. It went deep, it went to the bone, it drew blood.
So, I wish Norway and Noorish people can in time make their own fate again. Without Hungarian and Romanian influence. Within their own regions.

Hutzu, it's hated, not heated. And I for one don't feel hate towards anyone. Not even towards eRomania. I have to agree that there are quite some Hungarians who take it too seriously, but you can reach the same conclusion as well if you read the German or Romanian media for example.

- We didn't have 2/3 majority in the congress and had to convince others to impeach KristofferAG. (Who wasn't a good president in my opinion from what I've seen.)
- I find the whole "who is whose puppet" stuff that has been going on lately quite stupid. I wouldn't call any ATLANTIS or PEACE country a puppet. But I have to tell that Norway and only Norway lies quite close to that category in my opinion. The president has used the retreat button a little too much and gave up too much for the allies. Region swapping is okay, but when you lose q5 hospitals and several important regions that's a little bit over the top in going your ally's way. Just my 2 cents.

The funny thing is that it changes day by day who wants to protect and who wants to invade Norway's regions. You are just invading another two for example. And I highly doubt that Norway would ever get them back. They'd have to walk through Finland for that.

Why would we be more evil for using the same tools as others? We are not better either though. I didn't notice that we have superior morals. We just play the game. If you think it's okay to destroy a country (in your example Hungary) then you have no moral grounds to complain when other countries are destroyed. And hopefully that's not even the case here.
The game is not about peace, no. Is it about ruining months of work and commitment people have placed in this game by taking over their country and destroying it? Perhaps it is. God knows admins are not wasting any time trying to fix it. Game or not, it's an inhumane tactic and you can try to argue that it's only a game but you're indeed crushing the work people have put in this game. If you find that is justice then by all means take advantage of loopholes in the game and rape small countries, but don't try to claim how your side is doing it for a good cause.
Well, whether by takeover or by direct invasion occupying a country is destroying the work of its residents. If we are talking about the two big alliances then both sides are responsible for numerous cases of this type. For example Hungary was destroyed by Romania but we have come back.
I don't find it justice, just simply a part of the game. And I would be in favour if this changed. But till then I see no reason why we shouldn't use legitimate tools. Even so because Norway was playing region swapping and for that TO is essentially the only countermeasure. So in this affair both sides used controversial tactics. But I wouldn't call them loopholes because right now they are both a legitimate part of the game.
My personal opinion though is that this should change.

Strategically, Norway is a simile of Pakistan one month ago. An outstretched, however less populated country playing an important role in an alliance as a chatterbox partner. Pakistan was a PEACE member, Norway was an Atlantic member. Romanians TOed Pakistan to stop its activity and use it for their purposes. Hungary did the same to Norway for similar reasons.
Players of erep repeatedly asked the admins to set up a citizenship registry in the game. The answer was many times: these are the rules, these must be kept and used. If you don't blame Victor Petrescu for TOing Singapore, the Croatians TOing the Serbs (both were baby countries!), or Han Solo for Pakistan, please do not blame Marginaldefeat now.
