I am trying to see if there is support for a private fundraiser to get q2 or better hospitals in every state that has q1 or no hospital. Please vote in this poll below

This might work, one of the hungarian territories did not have a hospital at all, and the citizens raised 300g fund in like a month to buy one for themselves.
