Today, Dio brought our very own Alfred Ball together with Artela in a glorious union. Our Duke of Hokkaido's marriage has now brought eJapan a Duchess. May their elove be unbreakable. The ceremony was beautiful, and the two shared a great kiss.
For their honeymoon, they will visiting Paris. Here is a quote from alfred ball:

eJapan knows what to do. Alcohol for everyone! Its time to party eJapan. Great emperor Kokawa will provide all the alcohol because he is German.
Finally, to forever celebrate this marriage, I will begin construction of Dinsney World, Hokkaido. Your precious taxes will help give Alfred and his wife their very own Disney World. I myself will also enjoy the rides.
