Either member from a team may post the team’s move. Posting will complete the move – no takebacks 🙂
In the event that a team takes an inordinately long time to post a move the moderator (olivermellors) may be contacted and may exercise his discretion to make a move for the tardy team. The move chosen by the moderator will not be subject to appeal or complaint.
Moves will be posted using any common notation. In the event the move’s notation is unclear, the moderator’s decision will be final (i.e. Rb8 – where either of the rooks could move to b8 is an unclear move which could be written Ra8-b😎
Usual rules apply – stalemate is a draw. Offers of resignation may be made at any time. Offers to draw may be made at any time. Moderator may declare a forced draw if material is insufficient to mate, on three fold repetition or 51 move rule.
