Akki - The JLP's Choice
JLP Official
This will not be an elaborate or long article - it merely announces the fact that the Japanese Labour Party officially endorses Akki for reelection to the presidency for March 2009!
Why does the JLP support Akki? For one, we live in troubled times. With Romania and Indonesia engaged in war and Pakistan fallen to Romanian influence as well, our long period of peaceful isolation is coming to a close. Japan inevitably, whether it wants or not, will have to become more involved and assertive on the international stage. Akki has overseen the development of Japan for the past few months and thus is in the know about everything. Continuity is crucial at the current time to allow us to focus on external issues instead of a new president having to assess the internal situation (at least far more so than Akki would have to).
Furthermore, the policies of the JLP and those endorsed by Akki and the NAP are for most parts mutually compatible. Yes, the NAP does not support Labour Unions and the JLP is probably more interventionist, but we as well believe that a prosperous economy not run by a dictatorial monopoly is key to Japan's success.
In short, Akki is the sensible candidate choice for all JLP supporters. Vote Akki tomorrow!
Comments
Yes, do not switch horses in midstream.
Akki has been the central figure in crafting back Japan from its old Mafia days. He remade the country and gave back much of its economic wealth.
Akki has been vigilant and active. Few Japanese do not have him as a friend.
Akki has been deeply caring about the nation of Japan. What struck me the most was how much he devoted his life to the betterment of Japan and her citizens. With something like 6 companies, Akki manages a great share of the private wealth.
Personally, Akki has been a great supporter of a free China. I hope we may continue to work together.
Of course, I'm not saying that Inferno isn't any of these things. Whichever candidate Japan votes in will be a worthy patriot, and I'm sure both will do fine jobs.
