ADP - Presidental elections.

Day 2,412, 02:56 Published in Australia Australia by Send love to Plato

G'day Aussies,

Right firstly thank you to all those who voted for the Australian Democratic Party on June 25th in the Senate elections, to poll 45% of the public vote is quite impressive, especially as three months ago this party had just four inactive members and was known as a party for multi accounts sitting by for a take over of eAustralia. We sent to senate three first time senators who are very active and responsible young members of the Aussie community and we will continue to develop young players alongside such sexually depraved old heads as Guagature. Yet I don't want us to stop there but I will explain more about that further down.

On July 5th we go to the ballot boxes again to determine who will be Australia's next President, and accordingly you all shall receive a PM from myself within the next 24 hours. Contained in the PM will be a link to a private poll with the options for you to decide what course of action the Australian Democratic Party should take with regards to the election. The poll will be open for 48 hours and then once the time allotted passes i shall declare the results and set the party on the course that the majority have chosen.

So, we currently sit as Australia's Number 1 party, the biggest party in senate and in the past few months we had produced the last two Australian Presidents as well as other cabinet members. I am not ashamed to say that Australian Democratic Party members have lead the way in bringing forward admin changes in the way eAustralian forums operate so they are now regularly elected and more democratic than they have ever been. We have had regular weekly food drives for our members (another one will come this Wednesday) which i know some believe is the reason for our large membership numbers, however we had a whole month without these and still did not lose a single member...no this is a party built on more than that. Australia is buzzing again and we finally have a senate and the heartbeat of Aussie politics is slowly coming back to life...these are exciting times as Australia discovers herself again.

At the Australian Democratic Party we are proud to be leaders in this and we want you to get involved, we have positions available for party officers so if you want to get your hands slightly dirty and get a bit of experience under your belt then contact me and we'll have a chat. If you want to put your name down as an ADP senator then the list reopens on the 16th of July but please remember that activity and responsibility in the eAustralian community will be how the list of candidates will be decided. So get involved even if it is just writing articles so the media is active. Play your part and perhaps consider asking our next President for a junior cabinet role...it can be very enjoyable and rewarding.

When Australia was struggling we stood and fought, we stayed, stood proud and showed our colours don't run. We worked and built friendships, joined alliances and forged change and i am proud to say the Australian Democratic Party was there leading the way.
