So finally V2 has come. I was online a few minutes on Wednesday and on Thursday, so I had my first effective impact yesterday.

First, I logged in with my citizen profile, went to the training page and set 12 hours with Napoleon booster.

Surprise!

Differently from Beta, when 12 training hours caused 3 wellness and 3 happiness point losses, I lost 1 wellness and 12 happiness points. So I thought:

Damn!!!

I converted most of my food and house companies to wellness customization because I believe that tankers would train 12 hours a day and loss very little happiness. So I have 11 Q5 companies disrupted because of this change...

Let's a look to my wellness and happiness then. Oh damn! Houses and food does not restore the wellness and happiness stated in their characteristics but only a minor the 100% percentage if your wellness or happiness is above 50. (As in V1 so). Really nice, so people must spend more golds in happiness and wellness packs.

Then, I logged in one of my organizations. Let's see the food company I thought. And...

Damn!!!

Due to the admins' action (maybe it was an error, but I'm not sure...) the productivity of workers was 1/10 the one it is now. So I produced tons of foods Q5 at 1.2 golds instead of 0.12 golds! At least 100 golds lost because of admins' action.

Damn!!!

Let's see the productivity's formulas. A bit complicated but let's calculated the final prices given the current wages. So I suppose😛
- to pay 0.12 gold/hour for a skill 10 harvester worker
- to pay 0.08 gold/hour for a skill 10 non-harvester worker
- to buy raws at cost
- the worker uses the free 10% productivity booster (such an idiot thing to spend gold and earn nothing more)

These are the prices:
1000 Q1 raws = 1.82 G
1 Q5* food = 0.14 G
1 Q5* moving ticket = 1.21 G
1 Q5* house = 15.15 G
1 Q5* hospital = 69.70 G
1 Q5* ds = 69.70 G
1 Q5* rifle = 1.52 G
1 Q5* artillery = 2.27 G
1 Q5* tank = 4.55 G
1 Q5* air unit = 6.82 G
* Let me say it even if it now things are different, Q5 stands for maximum customization points

Let's see the raw production module.

A skilled 11 worker in V1 in a Q4 raw company was able to produce 140 q1 raws at maximum. Now a Guru* (skill 10) worker (almost the same as a previous skill 11 worker) can produce at maximum 530 q1 raws in 8 hours. So 530/140 = 3.8 times. A V2 worker produces 3.8 times the raws (in terms of Q1) that a V1 worker was able to produce.

But let's see how many raws does each single product requires.Of course it is not the amount reported in your company page, it would be to easy. Thanks God admins love to make things the clearest as possible...

1 Q5* food = 45 raws (it was 5 in V1)
1 Q5* moving ticket = 400 raws (it was 50 in V1)
1 Q5* house = 5000 raws (it was 1000 in V1)
1 Q5* hospital = 23000 raws (it was 10000 in V1)
1 Q5* ds = 23000 raws (it was 10000 in V1)
1 Q5* rifle = 500 raws (it was 25 in V1)
1 Q5* artillery = 750 raws
1 Q5* tank = 1500 raws
1 Q5* air unit = 2250 raws (it was 10 diamonds for a Q5 gift)

Damn!!!

The consumption of raws with respect to V1 increased by a huge amount.

1 Q5* food = 9 times more raws than V1
1 Q5* moving ticket = 8 times more raws than V1
1 Q5* house = 5 times more raws than V1
1 Q5* rifle = 20 times more raws than V1
1 Q5* air unit = 225 times more raws than V1

The production of raws increased by only 3.8 times, while everyday products increased by 5 to 9 times (and don't say a word about weapons...)

Even a 1-day-old baby with mental illness would be able to understand than something is wrong with it!!

But let me say one more thing about raws consumption.
Due to the transformation of all raws companies in Q1 (that caused the collapse of currencies worldwide due to the acquisition of on sale companies at a discount of more than 20 golds from the original price which caused a huge exchange of currencies to gold... This is another stupid things admins did, they should have removed all companies for sale offers before announcing such a decision...) and the huge increase in the consumption of raws it is now impossible to do raw trading through donation. All companies located in countries which does not have the raw materials required for production are now completely out of the game.

So admins it's up to you!

I can suggest some solution to the raw issue:
1) Change the maximum amount of slots for raws (and raws only) that one org can have (from 20 to 100, 5 times is the minimum increase of raws required for production). And let to donate 50 raws with one click.
3) Reduce the consumption of raws by 10 times in each company.
2) Because the previous solutions does not bring more money to you (as your only goal in this game is to make money,with no respect to players that, I remind you, are your costumers), let companies buy an importing license so that they can buy raws directly from foreign markets. It's is surprising you have not thought to such a solution until now, it would bring you lot of €€€.

Regarding the customization issue:
1) Let it possible to change 10% of customization points once at month for free, and...
2) Let entrepreneurs pay a small amount of gold to change their customization points whenever they want (let's say a 1% of total company cost for every 20% of customization points. So for a Q5 food company with 150 CP, 3.9 golds for every 30 CP to be changed.)

So here we are admins!

Personally, I'm the owner of a 20.000 gold group, maybe the largest industrial group in the Erepublik world. In V1, I was able to manage up to 40 companies with the minor support of one or two other people. Now it is impossible to manage more than 2 or 3 companies..

The economic module is really interesting, but...

...the management economic module it's a shame!!

I will close all my 20k gold group as soon as raws will end in my companies. I apologize with all my employees, more than 500 players in V1, but due to admins' inability to treat their customers fairly it's impossible to continue to play in Erepublik.

I hope one day it will be possible to restart playing in Erepublik. For the time being...
