Admins.... Sort out the welcome message!

Everyone should have seen the Welcome Message, automatically sent to you by the CP when you sign up to the game. Unfortunately, for some reason all the formatting is stripped out with the result being an ugly wall of text that most people won't bother to read.
Here in the eUK we have had an influx of new players recently and getting information to them about how they can get a helping hand and find their way into the community is a big priority for the government this term. Lets show the admins that this is a problem that needs to be fixed sooner rather than later.
I call upon you all to send a bug report ticket to the admins and get them to fix this once and for all.. feel free to strip out the formatting and bombard them with a wall of text too 😛

We have had a little influx of players recently in the eUK and one of the most common complaints is that the welcome note looks terrible. It seems to strip all the formatting out and blast you with one big wall of text.
Also, it might help player retention if the information can get across to the new players better

To send a ticket, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the link that says contact. Then hit 'Submit a Ticket' and away you go.. o/

It's not as bad as how I remember mine, but I think that is more to do with Talon's understanding of the bug and keeping it simple

It isn't as bad as how I remember it when I joined, but that is because Talon was aware of this last month when it was changed and kept it simple. If the formatting worked, we could add a lot more useful information in to it.
There's also a more 'graphic' message when you first join too, i heard?
Like it says how many citizens are in your country and what areas are being attacked on a letter with a stamp on. Maybe someone can get a screenshot of that?
As a business model, marketing/PR/recruitment materials should be top notch. The fact that literally tens of thousands of new players are seeing an abysmal text file that could have been created in MS DOS is pretty embarrassing...
Here is a simple idea that would take 1 day to implement: Have the CP post a short New Citizen Message with no formatting in it until formatting in mails is reimplemented.
All you have to do is link to the wiki where you have your more complicated message which you can also update more regularily.
I have said this many times before so I guess that it's a bit too much for an eUK CP to handle... carry on crying and moaning for someone else to do it for you... ONE/ADMINS HELP US! WAAAAA!

If he lives in the USA and he's a citizen of the USA, what the hell is he doing posting here? Is this not supposed to be for e-UK only? Or even for ESO specifically?
Why are you all continuing to troll? Do you not care about your new players? Did I not suggest something reasonable?
This may be why half the UK population plays in other eCountries...
