Washington D.C. The administrators of eRepublik have announced a gift program in honor of the five-year-anniversary of their game in a blatant and transparent attempt to rub it in deeply.

The gift program adorns the front page of eRepublik, taunting all those who have spent even a few months on this website. It's hues of green and orange have, according to our sources, inspired "self-loathing and disgust" in most of the players who have unfortunately caught a glimpse of the awful page header, that hangs there like some sort of decapitated woodland creature, spreading its inky black gaze into the souls of all who look upon it, filling them with hopelessness and an unmistakable feeling of uncleanliness.

Many citizens of eRepublik have taken it as a "humiliating" reminder of all the time spent on this game they care so little about. They are also reminded of their "fear of change", as even though they complain incessantly, they've spent considerable amount of good man-hours on this website.

In addition, the Admins have also invited the citizens of eRepublik to a military summit, hosted by them. We would not suggest, but we strongly imply, that the summit is a clever ruse intended to lure the good people of eRepublik to the admins well-hidden Eastern European sex dungeons.
