Admin stole mah money

Hello dear eIrish men and women, how are you doing today ?

I fell like they stole me :



The history is quite simple:

- A random guy I invited to the game reached lvl 10 and so I awarded 10% of his map.
- Problem: that guy was the 30th guy I invited to do that. So I should get my 3rd SB medal for that
- I got 2 medals that day (and 2 maps). 1 was due that 30th buy reaching lvl 10. The other pop'd out of nowhere.
- I sent in a ticket and they answered the very famous " have have found nothing wrong "


Allright. I was looking cool with me extra medal and my extra map...

BUT THAN, ALL OF A SUDDEN ... BOOOM !
They took around 10golds from my account today and took 2 of my SB medals away.


I send in a ticket and they answer in less than 5 minutes :

"Hello,
Some time ago we've found that the society builder was awarding more medals and treasure maps then normal. We've managed to locate all the accounts that were affected by this bug and we've retrieved the gold and the according medals.
We've checked and your id is on the our list, this is the explanation for the missing gold.
I hope you understand our decision.

- So I'm having to pay you back for a mistake YOU commited and I had nothing to do ?
- Based on what you took X amount of my account ? How do you know how much I got for that map ?
- If I donate something to someone in game by "mistake" you don't go and take it back for me, why when it's you that have donated more than you could chew, you go and take it back with your uber powers ?
- Why do you only take 5 fudging minutes to answer something like that but I have tickets opened dating MORE THAN 1 MONTH ?






Now you listen to me, and you listen to me good, ya fool ADMINs:

You are fu*king stupid when dealing with your custumers.
Your decisions are oftern regreated by YOURSELFs, showing how unprepared you are.
You are like spoiled brat kids that change the game rules whenever you see fit.
You are clearly understaffed and you just can't honour your words.
You treat custumers LIKE SHIT.

I hope you choke and die eating your morning caviar bought with the money custumers like ME payed for.
