I think acronyms are used too much in this game. They can create a barrier to players getting to grips with aspects of the game which isn't helpful. So hopefully this will help someone..
Military Acronyms:
MU - Military Unit
RW - Resistance War
DO - Daily Order
FF - Food Fights (the damage you can do just using food to recover health)
BH - Battle Hero
CH - Campaign Hero
RH - Resistance Hero
EB - Energy Bar
SS - Super Soldier
AS - Air Strike
TP - True Patriot
TW - Training War
DoW - Declaration of War
CoD - Campaign of the Day
DD = Damage Drain (a battle where the aim is to drain damage rather than win)
Political Acronyms:
CP - Country President
PP - Party President
vPP - Vice Party President
MoHA - Ministry Of Home Affairs
MoFA - Ministry Of Foreign Affairs
MoD - Ministry Of Defense
MoF - Ministry Of Finance
PTO - Political Take-Over
ATO - Anti (political) Take-Over
(These are superalliance political titles)
SC - Supreme Commander
SFA - Secretary of Foreign Affairs
SG - Secretary General
General Acronyms:
EP/XP - Experience Point(s)
CC - Country Currency (Currency)
MM - Monetary Market/ Media Mogul
HW - Hard Worker
BB - Baby Boom (sharp population growth)
RL - Real Life
CS/ CZ - Citizenship
GB - Gold Buyer
eRep - eRepublik
MPP - Mutual Protection Pact
NAP - Non Aggression Pact
NE - Natural Enemy
PM - Personal Message
Multi - Multiple Account
FP - Forfeit Points (warning points awarded for breaking eRepublik rules)
Temp Ban - Temporary Ban
Perm Ban - Permanent Ban
FRM = Food Raw Material
WRM = Weapon Raw Material (RM = Raw Material)

CoT - Circle of Trust
EDEN - eRepublik Defence and Economic Network
NaN - Non aligned Nations
Asgard (and alliance mainly made up of nordic nations)
Shortcuts:
Shift + W = World Map
Shift + T = Top News
Shift + A = Alerts
Shift + S = Storage
Shift + L = My Places
Shift + C = Military Campaigns
Shift + N = New Message
Shift + M = Military Unit (your MU)

I'll have been playing 5 years on Friday, and you've only just brought the whole shift shortcuts to light for me.
🙂 probably partly due to Plato messaging one day + listing it under updates, and it just passing you by. Even though I know of them, I don't care to learn them.
