Accidental collaborators

Swords and Ploughshares - A polemical rag of the worst kind
The United Netherlands risks adopting a policy of accidental collaboration. Swords and Ploughshares does not level the charge of active collaboration with any citizen, as we have all done our best to prevent the illegitimate occupation of Flanders. This newspaper congratulates everyone on their efforts, both military and governmental, to defend the sovereign territory of the United Netherlands.
But Swords and Ploughshares fears that the United Netherlands, and her citizens, are falling into a downward spiral of defeatism. True, despite our brave efforts, and the efforts of our allies, we could not hold Flanders. The ingenious and daring plan to truly liberate Flanders by governmental means also failed at the last minute. But though our best efforts have so far been in vain, it does not make EDEN's occupation of Flanders legitimate. It does not make the wrong invasion of the UNL's sovereign territory by foreigners right.
Whilst Flanders remains in the grip of the enemy, we must all remember that Flanders is part of the United Netherlands, the territory of Flanders has a right to be governed by its rightful authority. Swords and Ploughshares fears that we are beginning to treat Flanders as an inevitable reality. Some articles in the media already refer to the area as "Belgium" - but this newspaper asserts that there is only one legitimate Belgium, which is a consenting part of the Union of the Netherlands.
We are resigning ourselves to non-military means in regard to Flanders. Everyday that we treat Flanders as a lost cause legitimises the occupation. The United Netherlands must not forget that there is only one true Belgium, and that Flanders is a territory occupied by the enemy. The time that Flanders remains under the tyranny of EDEN is just time waiting till it can be reunited with its rightful government. If invasion is necessary, the eUNL must not forget that we have always been in a state of war, and only the eUNL holds the true consent of Flanders.

We couldnt hold Flanders, but indeed we didnt lose. We only lose when we start to treat Flanders like a real state, not a usurper.
How do you do italics?
Yeah, Flanders was liberated by elite fighters from EDEN, how could we hold Flanders?
Well, that isnt really the here nor there... The issue is that we cant give EDEN a big pat on the back by treating them like they deserve to be there.
Meh. The Group owns. Don't mess with them.
The Group hardly managed to do so. It good planning and the surprise effect gave them the victories in these battles. We must organise better, we can plan now our counter offensive. They cannot count on help always. The war is not over. We can win as long as we are united.
Keep on dreaming
Last time I looked Alaska wasnt considered the heartland of Hungary. Unlike say... Washington in America. EDEN hasnt conquered a molehill yet!
Eden will not conquer anything, because unlike PEACE, we are not a aggresive conquering alliance.
And secondly PEACE has utterly failed the campaign to conquer and divide the Northern American continent.
