Absolutely Not A PTO

Our nation is led by a man named Don Kronox.
Don Kronox is a resident of Lower Carniola, a region of Slovenia.
Don Kronox is an employee of Hell Tanks, based in Slovenia.
Don Kronox is a citizen of Slovenia.
Yet, somehow, Don Kronox is Party President of Aotearoa, the largest party of New Zealand;
And, somehow, Don Kronox is Country President of New Zealand.
Do you see something wrong with this picture?
Today, Don and his party want to raise the minimum wage. They claim that this measure will put a stop to cheaters who do not have New Zealand's best interests at heart. By the Aotearoa logic, the less you pay in taxes, the less you care about New Zealand. What does that say about their own leader, Don Kronox, who pays zero tax to New Zealand as he works in Slovenia and buys from their marketplace?
I urge you to contact your congressmen and ask them to support New Zealand's army, militias, and communune groups by voting NO on the proposed 800% increase in the minimum wage law.
I would also urge you to keep in mind who has New Zealand's best interests at heart when you go to the polls this Wednesday to vote for country president.

Coolstorybro
lol, out with the old and in with the new... CP that is!
This is serious folks. If you ever wanted something to rage about, please have at it.
WE NEED A TRUE LEADER, NOT A PTOER!
weird
"Don and his party"
I'm sorry, where's the proof that this was more than just mcmoox's doing?
Also, Bedi Vere has zero connection to the common eNZer, so kurojca would be a better choice on Wednesday. His economic policy has saved eNZ from a downward spiral towards bankruptcy and company desertion.
I normally don't respond to Adam, but:
>Proof that it's more than just Mcmoox
-Loader posted in the Parliament board asking for support
-KoskaDeStrah is defending it in IRC
>Kurojca's Economic Policies
-I was not aware he had one
-I believe Devoid's 15/1/1 policy would be much better than the current setup
-No evidence that Kurojca "saved" anything.
Adam Reese, the 150 plus members of Serbian militias was more proof... Don't obfuscate.
Kurojca did nothing for the economy, in fact the economy was on the upswing for the time before the second congress...
Also, it is a policy proposal of kurojca and friends to raise minimum wage by so much, that it will probably kill off much of the competition in the markets, killing the economy.
I've only seen minimum wage rise that much in PTO attempts. Care to explain this overlooked fact?
What makes anyone elses bid for power in eNZ any less PTO?
Don did a very good job in tough circumstances.
He has left to go and help his true ehome. Plenty of others have left without contributing half of what Don has. He had complete control, yet kept those that were willing to contribute in the loop. I have no problems with Don and appreciate what he did for eNZ.
I disagree with the minimum wage hike though. I see it as unnecessary, and have voted against it.
When you do it at the detriment to the whole country.
They haven't made any positive contribution, and refuse to work with all but a select few... A few which don't report on their knowledge or communications with the Serbians.
'A few which don't report on their knowledge or communications with the Serbians.'
Report to u? LOL, Are u the model of a true eKiwi are u?
I am here for eNZ, not for u, or the Serbs.
I have no say in much of anything, but there is no point in minimum wage laws. Let the free market work!
As for the CP being that distant, well that's a bit of a shame. One would think, especially given the controversy of his administration, he would at least stay in the country, are we not also his "friends" and do we not also need his help?
Also, Adam who is the "common New Zealander" you speak of? I am fairly common and I know more of bedi than I do of kurojca...
look who`s talking 😛
it is a really sad state of affairs...
This wage rise would kill the economy.
Spot on, Destroy the economy before you leave.
Damn shame you couldn't oops the country in a bad ass way like /b/ does.
"This wage rise would kill the economy."
No it is only attack on multi-farms. Yes of course - no one is on NZ. ; )
Just look on damping prices on the market and tax loose.
Don't talk nonsense loader. Show me these multi farms. PM me if you don't want to reveal your intelligence publically. I'll be discreet.
Even if they do exist, hitting every single hardworking eNZ citizen to discomfort a couple of multis is a bit like burning down your house to get rid of the mice.
Serbian propaganda on the roll again. They are actually really good at it.
How can a minimum wage of 8 NZD kill the economy, when the wages even for skill1 workers are 9 NZD?!
Your argument is invalid.
lol funny thing while in eUK (i think it was) people complain about how 1 GBP is far too less, that the min wage should be at least 5 GBP,... kinda ironically innit? :3
This will only hurt people who are trying to avoid paying taxes.
WahooBob, I'm not going to argue economics, because I'm not knowledgeable enough on the mater to say anything other than "well, this person said this", and that's not a good argument to have, and is a disservice to you. Suffice it to say, I trust Alfagrem's reasoning behind it, and he makes it sound like the current tax rates benefit all those involved, not just the average citizen.
That goes for you, too, Bristel. As for the hike in minimum wage, I think you need to ask those in charge why they did it before accusing them, yet again, of a PTO. Each time you do that, you drive them further and further into their shell, when you could always simply PM Don or kurojca or whoever, instead of jumping to conclusions. mcmoox is a kind man on the IRC, and I'm sure he'd answer your questions.
Octavius, I've barely heard from Bedi Vere before recent weeks. Hell, I don't know much of you, either, so what does that say?
I think reaktionaer hits this right on the head, though. People like to overreact. The minimum wage proposal is already higher than the actual wage.
Minimum wage proposed 8NZD - Top wage for Skill 1 worker in eNZ 9NZD.
Looks more of a tidying up rather then a repressive effort such as in South Korea (happened in a very familiar situation)
>"in fact the economy was on the upswing for the time before the second congress"
Any points of reference taken before the new economic module was introduced may as well be a reference to some other game. Since the advent of the new module, the economy has grown in terms of production as well as diversity.
Whilst eNZ companies are currently stuck on Q3 due to the ramp in costs associated with going furthur there is nothing fundamentally wrong with your economy considering it's size and worker skill.
>"15/1/1"
Just to clarify - The current rate is good for eNZ citizens, neutral for eNZ companies and not optimum for governement revenues.
Changing to 15/1/1 would hurt citizens, be slightly better for CEO's and much better for the gov's revenue.
The driving thought behind the current scheme is that whilst the VAT's effectivly 'punish' the more active citizens (compared to his 2 clicking chum) it is the active citizen that profits most from the programs introduced by the government with that funding.
There is no 'better' whe it comes to taxes (as long as they remain within the reasonable bands) just a bunch of choices.
The 15/1/1 brigade want more money for the government and more imports i.e Foreign goods now rather then Native goods later.
The current gov. want eNZ companies and labour pool to expand.
The former means instant gratification, the latter means slight austerity in the short term for long term security.
NOTE: I'm actually supporting the UK candidate who is wanting to raise income taxes and lower VAT's - This is because the eUK company sector is at a place where eNZ has yet to reach.
Voted NO!
What makes anyone elses bid for power in eNZ any less PTO? x2
I want to start by saying I don't know much about the minimum wage but it appears that it has divided the country. I'm rather disappoointed that Aotearoa did not release an article on this to better explain it to the citizens.
As for Don, he has been a decent President considering he was the first from Aotearoa to take office. While I'm displeased that he has left eNZ (he is likely returning home now that his term is done). Though his leading of Aotearoa does raise some issues.
I hope that all Congressmen (Aotearoa and opposition) look at this proposal and vote on it based on their true feelings and not party ideals.
Also, to Adam, Bedi is a great candidate and one I think would do a great job for this country.
Good article
I have been lying quietly in wait haha getting acclimated to my new home.
It's that high minimal wage in Slovenia too, it's not only in 'ptoed' countries. And in Slovenia is working just fine, this way new players(original kiwis) get enough money to survive and grow stronger! If you would think, you could see that it's in good of eNZ. But all you can do is this is pto, vote no to this and that and at the end of month you blame president for not doing anything good for nz(anyone sees something strange in this!?.
No Adam Reese, they ARE a PTO, and thanks for giving me my first direct FPs in months... I'm sure not surprised that you can't take any criticism at all.
Keep living in delusion land, it's fun to watch you be countered step by step.
Looks like Koska de Strah is writing an article inviting more Serbs to come for the "money and medals"...
I guess we were right all along.
Barack Obama is from Kenia , and he is president of USA ...
Increasing the wage is not a tidying up exercise. Employers will increase their wages and the real value of the dollar in your pocket will go down.
Ovoima, Barack Obama was born in the United States, if he wasn't, he would not be eligible to run for President here.
its funny how Reese was running for CP but isnt anymore...he realized he is unpopular?
I'LL READ THE ARTICLE BEFORE I VOTE NEXT TIME!
This guy knows what he's talking about.
Voted!
Skill 1 worker, 80 health produces 112 units which sell @0.15NZD (joint 18th lowest price in world) total sale = 16.8NZD/0.27G
So if he/she earns minimum wage then the company is still making 8.8NZD off the worker.
The minimum wage is still profitable if a skill 1 worker was down on 20 health!
So what you this argument is basically about is;
1. Stopping/allowing companies to rip noobs off.
2. Stopping/allowing communes to avoid paying taxes to the state.
The only people this proposal 'hurts' is those that are forming communes like WahooBob's 'Te Pori' and even then only those communes that would be paying minimum wage (unlike 'Te pori').
'hurts' = forcing them to make a minimum contribution towards the states finances.
Restricting the right of the people to protest is Authoritarian at it's best, they also obviously look to kill off any opposition by sabotaging home grown militias, so that they have a monopoly on protecting eNZ, forcing us to submit to their will or lose this protection.
I see no problem with this law, loader posted explanation on the forum, I think it will lower the tax evasion and that this is a good law, anyone who don't always can vote NO, isn't it so???
Jacobo is right. This was done solely to stamp out the opposition of Te Pori, or any militia that the state does not run itself.
Adam now has kiwi avvy lolololol
Good to see you on NZ's side mate
Adam seems to have "borrowed without giving back" the Army avatar... as you can tell, it wasn't properly rendered as a true Army member would have.
Serbs are leeching your money, either kick them out of eNZ or get out people...
>"Te Pori members will be working for wages approximately half of the current market value.."
So it only effect Te Pori recruits of work skill 4 and under and the difference per member in taxes paid daily under the new scheme is;
Skill 1 - +0.51NZd
Skill 2 - +0.45NZd
Skill 3 - +0.48NZd
Skill 4 - +0.21NZd
So assuming Te Pori hires new players (therefore taking the most 'hurt) - the total extra contribution to taxes the commune would be making over the 22 days it takes to get to skill 5 would be 6.47NZD's/0.1035G.
So that's how much 'repression' you are arguing over.
