About the Romania MPP

A piece of bad news.

I wrote to the president of Romania yesterday asking about his opinions on renewing our MPP.

Unfortunately, he refused my proposal and said that they did not want to sign a new MPP with NK.

If we could pay 200G for a MPP, they might not refuse us. But we don't have that much money.

Then, what should we do? Citizens now may go abroad to fight without resigning from their jobs and their party. Do you think it's OK that we don't have any MPP?

罗马尼亚拒绝了我们的ＭＰＰ提议。

我想，如果ＮＫ掏200G，他们倒是不会反对。不过，我们真的没有那么多钱。

那么，如果不签MPP是否也OK呢？现在出国打仗不用辞工作辞党，目前看来不签MPP也是可行的。

Could you find some other MPP?

To a citizen, lack of MPP seems not affect too much. Only costs of air tickets, I think.

But if the citizens all go aboard, they won't consume food and weapons in our country, and our country will be lack of tax.

I think MPP is a good way to keep citizens in the country. It provides citizen chances to fight and get exp, and keep citizens active.
