Aaron Camm for ADSP Party President

Day 479, 21:11 Published in Australia Australia by Aaron Camm

My fellow ADSP members. In a few hours time the polls will open for the Party Presidency. I would like to bring to you my ideas which I hope can improve what is already a great party and I aim to solidify the ADSP’s position as the leading party in the eAustralia.

I have a short history within the ADSP and erepublik. I have only recently become a senator. But I hope i can make up for these shortcomings by expressing my hopes for the party and what i can bring to the table.

I have a diverse background when it comes to online games of this nature. I have played Nationstates where i was the party secretary for one of the leading political parties in my region. I also became a Minister for Foreign Affairs and then First Councilman Delegate (same as our Prime Minister) of that region. I feel the skills I learnt from that experience can be applied to erepublik and the ADSP.

Activity

While we are very active on the political scene in eAustralia that has not translated to activity on our own ADSP forums. Our forums are where we come up with our policies and our ideas for improving eAustralia and I would like for more ADSP members to get involved. If elected ADSP PP I will bring in a mailer system similar to what we did prior to the elections. This will include mailing messages through erepublik to our members informing them on what is going on and encouraging them to get involved. It was not hard to do last time and it will keep members more informed and try and attract them to the forums.

Better Organisation

If elected PP I will try my hardest to get us better organised and to get members more involved in the running of the party. I propose we form a hierarchy within the party that would have members in charge of certain areas within the party. I have not set out an exact way to do this as it would not just be up to me but to the members to formulate how we will go about forming such a hierarchy within the party. By implementing this it will create more to do for members other than the PP and the PP will not be the one man band that he is expected to be at the moment.

I wish good luck to my fellow candidates in the election both are quality candidates who will make ideal Party Presidents.
